Traffic School Online

All good information, presented in an interesting manner. I worked on it a few hours at a time and it held my attention better than I expected it to. It helped that I decided to take some notes on key information as I went along.

Easy. And I liked being able to space it out and do it in my own time. There were some grammatical and sentence structure errors sprinkled here and there that could use correction, but the overall product was very useful and very easy to use.

Wow. I actually had fun with your program. Majority of the material I was aware of, but I loved the videos and performers. I used the service for the insurance reduction and I greatly have past out your link to my friends/co-workers. A good experience.

Great solution to traffic school. I was worried about attending a classroom in the ghetto area of our town, but with the app I completeled the course and saved my driving record with ease and it was fun! Thanks Improv!

My overall experience with myimprov.com was great. The course is timely and very beneficial for anyone. I've recommended the program to my son and ex. You can complete the course at your own pace without having to worry about sitting in a classroom with a teacher on a Saturday.

I didn't care for the comic strips most of the time. It would be more helpful to find a way to shorten the class for someone who has taken it several times from age 55 to 81. It is helpful to learn the new rules of driving.

This was a good experience. I took the defensive driving class to eliminate a ticket I had received, but was pleasantly surprised to find I really enjoyed it. The questions were easy to answer if you read the material. I learned more than I thought I would!

I love that I can do a program from home that I can listen to, rather than just read dry info. It is presented in an entertaining way and saves me time because I am not a speed reader.

I had some trouble with the link initially, where I was unable to move forward in the modules. But after a short chat based request, the representative quickly corrected the issue, and I was able to complete the traffic school.

Great service and site but I could not get through to anyone to reset my account so I could continue with the test. I received a request to enter my password and although it was correct, the system rejected it to the point that it locked me out. I tried to call but to no avail.

Entertaining, informative, but feel a little slighted with some of the jokes. I'm afraid I can't label a specific one out of memory at the moment, but a couple of them seemed a little insulting to the student. Towards the end they seemed to get better and less aimed at blaming the student for some incident.

Went through two chapters ("trial") before I had to pay. Others are cheaper, but Improv has the best BBB record, so I'm using it. Hopefully they are reliable in reporting so I don't have to pay the state for a copy of my driving record too.

The whole process to complete the course was very easy and convenient. I appreciated the fact that I could stop the course and then start it back up again at my leisure; and at any time of day or night.

Doing this course online opposed to in the Arnot Mall food court is amazing. Especially being able to stop for breaks at my own leisure and in the comfort of my own home, makes the course a pleasure to take.

I have been taking an in person Defensive Driving coarse for many years for insurance reduction. The is my first experience with myimprov. It was recommended to me by a family member. I will definitely use it again. It was nice to work at my own pace in the comfort of my own home.

I was a little confused. I took the class before and assumed that I could use my login from before. When I logged I could only see the screen that allows me to print my previous certificate. I was not able to navigate away from it. I'm assuming that I'm okay to start the renewal class, but I'm concerned there still may be some glitches.

Great but I had difficulty loading my documents. When I tried to use the live chat feature for support I wasn't able to speak with anyone. I submitted my case but didn't receive confirmation that my message went through. Other than that it has been excellent.
