Oh, how I wish I had looked at reviews elsewhere before I purchased from this site! (no reviews on their actual site---duh, I wonder why?, she said sarcastically). They advertised vionic sandals (built-in orthotics), free returns, and 30 day satisfaction. None to all of that. Tracking numbers that led nowhere. "Customer service" consisted of them saying not to bother to try to send them (as in multiple pairs of sandals) back, as they were not worth it. You can say that again! I am out of $45, despite their guarantees... I saw them initially on a Facebook ad, so beware!

I will never order from this company again! They will not send a return label but want to give me 5 dollars and keep the shoes that dont fit. So now i am out $47.77 NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered from an ad on Facebook, and the photos on their site are NOTHING like what I received. What was mailed to me were 2 pair of plastic flip flops - one was the wrong size. I contacted CS and they told me to just give them to someone else - it wasn't worth the return, and they will give me a discount on future orders or something.
Ummmm... I'm not going to be ordering anything from you again... ugh!

I ordered 2 pairs of what I thought would be supportive, some leather and quality product. The payment went through PayPal and the receiver was some restaurant name... first red flag. I then saw the shipment being tracked from China. A knockoff and a pathetic attempt. I ordered a silver leather sandal a got a red pair of poorly made vinyl. It would be fine if I paid $3 for each but after the conversion to Canadian, almost 90 for 2 pairs. These are not the orthopedic approved sandals being advertised! The email *******@gmail.com is not legit and or is not accepting anymore emails for return or exchange... so be forewarned... these are cheap knockoffs that you might receive in a different colour and size so basically for the garbage! Learn from my stupid late night shopping experience. Shame on you *******@gmail.com which is obviously not your name. People are relying on online shopping during covid... have you heard of karma?

Purchased these from a video ad on Facebook. What I received was nothing like the ad, but just a cheap pair of flip-flops. I took a chance because of the 30 day money back guarantee, which is actually non-existent. The same ad is constantly shown but the online store changes every day or two. These ship from China and it took over five weeks to receive them. Wish I had seen the other reviews before I ordered.

This is awful. Doing a Paypal dispute to try to get my money back. Took 1 1/2 months to get order which was all wrong. None of the 3 products were what I ordered. Trying to get address to send back and was told it wasn't worth it to send it back I should send them to someone else who could use them. Will refund me $8 for a $90+ order I paid for. I will be escalating this until I get my full refund. You should be ashamed and embarrassed over things like this!

I ordered what I believed to be vionic sandals in yellow. What I received was navy blue flip flops. When I opened the package, the chemical smell gave me a headache & an asthma attack. They were the cheapest piece of crap I've ever seen. There was glue all over the sides of the sandals, very uncomfortable. There is no return address. I never got a confirmation of purchase, but did get a tracking #. It does state they have to be returned in 7 days & gives you an email (as if that will get you anywhere). Don't fall for it! I'm so mad at myself.
