Hi Melvin,

As per my last response to your review.

Having gone through this case for days now and your persistent emails and chats to all of our staff, you have now decided to write a negative review because you failed your evaluation.

You claimed you couldn't close a trade, that you actually closed using your mobile device (Metatrader logs this). Your Metatrader application did not have constant disconnect/reconnect issues (Metatrader logs this) and when we asked you to send us your journal just incase there is a local issue of which we are habitually generous with, you sent us you changing accounts from one account (that wasn't the account in question) to another account (which also wasn't the account in question) and after the time the trade had already been closed. We asked you to show us the issue you were having, but you didn't. Now you are resorting to this negative review and an email to our CEO suggesting we don't care about scam reviews and all you want is a refund. If we gave refunds to everyone who wrote a bad review because they failed, we might as well just give our money away to everyone.

It is very sad that you chose the route of blackmail because of a failed evaluation but it is what it is I guess. You have our teams (and CEO's) email if you want to provide us with proper journal logs so that if there truly was an issue, we can resolve it.

Sincerely,
Josh

Edit: Upon further investigation, the journal you sent us also has the account number of 4 other people not using your name in it and you were able to successfully log in. How do you have these peoples account numbers and passwords?
