U have the most adorable personalised cushions. I got from u that looked perfect with the customisation for my mom. Truly! I ordered for Friday delivery and it came on time by myflowertree, the quality was superb!

I ordered flowers which were to be delivered between 8am -12 PM. I paid online. The flowers have not come (till 430 PM). There is no way to reach them. The phone number does not work- *******1000 does not work. They dont give you a call back. The chatbot never replies. Have tried all these options. Please do not spoil your occasion by ordering from here

A $#*!ty useless service. They themselves can not live track the orders. A fraud cheater company. I wish to sue them causing me time, money and spoiling my occasion. If you do not know how to run a firm specially in service industry stop being there in the market... Don't waste your money, time and have any expectation they will ever deliver in time. It will show out to delivery till infinite time but will never reach the recipient... grow up and get professional.

This site is totally fraud site. Please don't book any kind of stuff on this site. This will not do any contact with you after getting your payment and will just give you time to time.If your product comes in, then it will be different from the product you decided. I had selected pink roses and after too much tym I got red roses and no any response

Ordered few gifts for my mom on Mother's day and asked the agent over the chat whether they will be able to deliver it without any fail and they promised to do so and then I made the order and waited till night for them to deliver and at the end of the day saw the status as will be delivering on the next day. Then why the heck they are doing fake same day delivery promotions? If they would have told me prior I could have arranged something else. I am abroad and I couldn't do much for my mom on mother's day. Thought of at least give her some surprise and see what happened. Don't order anything from this site. No response or answering of calls after the order has been made before that I was getting tons of emails and prompt reply on chats after that just automated msgs as reply. Stop cheating people you frauds! Refund my money back!

The cake was a total nightmare. No response from customer service. Delivery was hours late. Cake was delivered late and in the most unhygienic way. No professional at all. They are fraud. Waste of money and time. Had placed an order from abroad for my mom's bday and it really was such a bad surprise for her.

Looks like as these reviews are paid. I ordered on 1st Jan and it was supposed to be delivered by 9pm. It's 2nd Jan today and the order is still pending. They charged extra 100 rupees for quick delivery and still no update. Highly unprofessional. No delivery update. I will never ever recommend. Their claim for delivery in 3 hours is all fake. They will not even deliver in 2 days.

I made full payment for my purchase (including Rs. 250/- extra for midnight delivery). After 2hrs I received an email that they won't be able to deliver my order and that they will refund my money, but they neither delivered my order nor giving me a refund.
Myflowertree is an unprofessional company, rather I would say they are cheaters!

I have ordered cake for my daughter's wedding anniversary on 3rd. Product was not delivered. I tried to contact them through several ways. But no response. On 7th I received mail stating that delivery attempted. I don't know what to do next

The flowers I order for my mother on her birthday arrived at perfect time. And and she is absolutely thrilled by the flowers great bouquet. As customer from another country I am truly grateful for your reliable and quality service.

I wanted to send a love greeting card to my girlfriend instead they are sending a NEW YEAR card.They charge 180rs for special time slot delivery instead they are sending that after half n hr of delivery time…Don't waste your money here…Rest on you.

Worst service. I have sent an order for my girlfriend to surprise her. Firstly they were lying that the order is delivered but in reality it was not. Then I have raised the complaint on the same day - then they delivered it the next day that too very late evening (like 8ish). They have delivered the different flowers than what I ordered as well and when I have raised the complaint then its been a week and they are not replying to me and closing my complaint without any notes. They have charged me 200Rs extra for the fixed time delivery. There was no sense of ownership by the customer service team and the person who was handling my compliant. I will never order anything from their website again. Stay away from this website.

Ordered a bouquet of flowers with a teddy bear from Singapore. The delivery address was in Chandigarh and I particularly opted for midnight delivery feature to the address. Order was delivered at 11.32 but I expected at 12 am sharp. Apart from this slight downside; all I can say i am really happy with the gifts quality, prices and the customer orientated service.

I ordered from them twice, first on valentines day and the next time on the anniversary. On the first order, they did not have a card and the flowers were pale and did not last a day. Given it was valentines day, I did not raise any complaints and just ignore the bad quality. The second time was bad again. I am attaching a picture of what was ordered (right) and what was delivered (left). When I raised a complaint, they replied saying that "Slight variation" is possible. For sure, I am not going to order from them.
