I had recently ordered flowers on 14th Feb 2020 to deliver to my wife. These guys took valentines surplus charges and delivered flowers and melted chocolates on 14th Feb 2020. When you try to chat with helpdesk about your order you won't get replies even for 2-3 days.
These guys are really a scammers, beware, dont place any order with them as I am 100% sure they will screw it up. You will miss special occasion to make your loved one feel special. I made a mistake, I should have done a bit of review search before ordering. DO AVOID MyflowerTree. These people are big liers. I attach which i seen when i order and what i received.he take extra charges to give heart shape cake but i recev square shape. Why did u do this type of fraud.

Flowers with Cake:
Ordered for Valentine's Day gift but now I received. No number to track.
They are simply looting money and escaping. Fraud website. Nobody should order anything.
I have ordered the above two items FEB -14. But I received Feb-17. I have called many times they will not pick my call. Because they will not provide a proper reason. I received two items(Feb-17) of very cheap quality. They will show one item and provided one different item. Qualityless items. Don't book any items. Fraud app...

I had ordered products worth Rs 2100 for same day delivery. Nothing got delivered. Fake update of delivery attempt sent to me over email. No attempt (or even a call) was made. There is no way a customer can call them. This options isn't available. You may only request a call back which I didn't get despite multiple requests. They have a chat option as well but no matter how many pings you make, no one responds. So it's basically a total scam where customer is taken for a ride once the payment is made. Please don't buy on this website.

Why did you open this fraud website to play with customer's emotions. We send give on special occasion to make the event special. And your website ruining this by not delivering order. Your delivery boy use to call recipient to make mid night delivery in the morning and not deliver all the items also send delivered message in mid night only. This is a very very big fraud what you people are doing. I have ordered two delivery ******* and ******* in which I have got one in morning at 8:40 and vase was not there other we still not getyet. Also your delivery boy did not delivered it some one else came to deliver it *******948. Unbelievable. I am not gonna leave this like this because I have tried every email phone number message chat to contact you but did not get any response. It's freaking awfully to have your kind of website on Google. I did not get all the items vase. Tried to contact 100 times but no response from email message and calls, I don't even have clue of my second order. Don't know but seriously there should be a serious action for this website. They can't do these kind of frauds openly

A scam company all out to cheat customers! They made up unbelievable stories that cannot proof what they deliver, where they deliver, who they deliver. They tell me items were delivered to the security guard and ask me to look for the security guard to get back. It was a gift to a friend in India. How could a customer look for the undelivered item herself? I truly believe if they cannot show any proof, they are scam company to cheat customers. There are signs of cheating when they cannot even show the picture of what they send. Normally an online gifts company will have proof of the finished product. Please do not order anything from them!

I have placed order to be delivered on 14th. This cake and gifts were for my fiancé and it was first time I had opportunity to send something to her. They have spoiled it totally. I am trying to chat and like 10 times your customer service only reply "Please allow me a moment to check this for you" and never come back. It's very unprofessional of them. They are even not replying to my mails and calls. Please can someone help me how to report a fraud against them.

Had a very bad experience with MFT. They have no control on the products delivered by their vendors. Had ordered cake / flowers for my wife's Birthday - and selected time slot. The products got delivered 3 hours delayed, the cake and flowers were not what i ordered. Rasmalai cake description says real rasmalai - but there was nothing except a dry sponge cake with butter cream in yellow. The flowers were wrong and wilted.
Any day better to go with the know brands like F&P.
They never responded to my mail. MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN.
They dont realize that its customers like us that keep them afloat and not the vendors.
