I ordered on 19 July and I was told my order will be delivered on 24 July. It's 1 August today and I have no clue of my order. They don't have a customer care number, you need to give your number to request a call back which I did by I got 0 calls. I wrote mails I got 0 replies. On chat they keep saying your order is in transit. Worst mistake to chose them.
Worst experience of my life paid Rs 999 and this is a fraud service. They just need money nothing else. I hope they suffer a lot. My flower tree is the worst, don't make a mistake which I made.
I have ordered two gifts and the delviery of those are in very pathetic condition, tried rising a complaint but no feedback
Worst experience. Displayed fancy products and charged five times the rate of product delivered... Don't have words to express my level of furiousness, more than money it is an example of playing with people's sentiments and handling the transaction with no business sense. Don't have words just pathetic, pathetic and pathetic. Picture attached of the product shown on website and the picture of actual delivery of Rakhi in a highly unprofessional manner. Big embarassment to us and big SHAME to the myflowertree.
Never order from here. They don't deliver the product at all and there is no way to reach out to customer service. It is a fraud website being run by a bunch of cheaters.
Do not buy from them, very very bad quality product and the don't understand the funda on delivering the product on time, customer care staff keeps lying and giving false information and promise.
I ordered an eggless German Black forest cake(pic 1) worth INR 795+ INR 50 for eggless. But I have received a cheaper version - Black forest Treat from their website(pic 2) for INR 549 without knife and candles as promised and it wasn't eggless. The customer support tried to reason with me saying that it is the same cake, just the icing is a bit different. I'm not sure what I was paying the extra money for then? I do not recommend My Flower Tree even a bit. Their customer support helpline drops calls and no help is available on your social media page either - Facebook /Instagram. Their Twitter handle has been taken down.

I have received cake in evening 6:30 by the time for whom I ordered cake was already left.

Very very bad Experience with winni cake. I booked 1 kg vanilla cake with 1st birthday designs for Rs1500 from my flower tree website. Finally I got very plain cake without any design worth Rs 150. Really totally disappointed with the order we got. Don't buy cakes from these guys. When I try to call their mobile number. It is not at all reachable. Called multiple times finally they picked up the phone, but no response. Looks like a big fraud..
It's fraud company. They are just getting orders in online and not delivering products. They perfectly designed in such a way only they can contact us. We can only register to call back. But no one is responding. I lost my money and a valuable suprise. This company making people useless out of emotions. Please don't order here. They are frauds... Order not delered nor returned my money back.
They took the order at 9 AM for a birthday bouquet and cake. But at 6.5 Hrs later they come back to us saying they dont have the bouquet. That's something they can do within 30 min of receiving the order on a weekday. Pathetic explanation given by the guy who called me at 1530 hrs

And attached are the pictures of what was received. Completely different. Flowers died within hours of arriving, didn't even last a day.
The customer service lady argued for a while that why they wouldn't refund the order amount- because 'card was received' and said 'we sent fresh flowers'. Despite sharing pictures of what was received. I was shocked. They insisted that they wouldn't refund because it had been more than 24 hours. I had to explain that 24 hours or a week, didn't change the fact that I didn't get what I paid for. Finally agreed on getting wallet credit (no refund) for just vase and (maybe) card. Waiting.
Pathetic customer service. Seeing the shocking difference in quality, they should have refunded the whole order without arguing. Very petty!
FAKE WEBSITE!
Beware Guys! These people are making fake commitments, all the reviews below which says that they put very alluring pics on their websites to grab attention of customers. All are 100% right.
They are not just delivering false product [which you didnt order], they charge huge amount for same and then they have got balls to say we will refund 150Rs in your cash wallet. Seriously cash wallet? They play with customer's feelings. I got fooled on father's day when i ordered a plant with glass pot and i got a plant in plastic black pot full of dirt and filth.
I hope soon such organisations are shut!
This website is totally fraud. I have ordered cake for Mother's day occasion and the cake didn't get delivered nor customer care representative is not responding nor there call get connected. Please don't order from here if you don't want to ruin your occasion

Of course my order had silly mistakes, we didnt get card with written mesg on it and no candles or knife, it must be included with delivery package if you said It'll be included. Overall its great.
They are cheaters. They will commit you that they will deliver you the product on time. After place the order they have a story. That we have tried you but you are out of reach. They will make you fool. Even they will not accept that this was their fault. Once you make the payment they will not deliver you the product and also force you to use the service...
I wish i could have given 0 star. They are big cheats. If you dont want to be cheated like I have been then do not order from this website. They will charge you a ton and send you cakes which not only does not look anything like the cake you saw on the website but also wrong flavors. When i complaint, they said "We would like to inform you that the images displayed on website are indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape or design as per the availability.

". Its better to use FNP rather than this website. They lie and cheat. They will not only charge you a lot but also ruin your occasion by sending your wrong products. They charged me 1000 bucks for 0.5 kg chocolate truffle batman cake. And kindly refer to the pictures below what they sent. The cake was a disappointment and the flavor was wrong. And they denied refunding the amount.
