I regret becoming a customer. No doc on-site. Takes weeks to get your product. And the contacts I received made it impossible to function or even see close up. And I can't get a full refund.

Avoid this entire chain. To many other places that won't rip you off

This is a ridiculous excuse for a company. It took nearly 3 weeks to get my full order completed. When my second so called free pair finally arrived, they called me at 5:55 pm to say they were ready to pickup. Oh but guess what they close a 6:00 pm. I called to find out if I could still swing by to get them, Oh no you have to wait till Monday because guess what,, it was Saturday and they are closed on Sunday. Most likely they won't be ready anyway till Monday Anyway. Not to mention the website is not synced with status of the work when you visit myeyelab.com for status. Never going back after this escapade.

BEWARE! Regret my decision! Save yourself the frustration of coming to this imitation want a be eye optical.I should have walked out.
1st red flag: NO actual Dr on-site. BS eye exam is done remote with some dude in a video chat wearing a white coat that can't speak clear English handling the equipment with a remote control! Wth! Spent over $800 dollars on 2 glasses that were over priced! Good luck on glasses arriving on time because they are manufactured Kamala knows where and customer service Rep "olga" from India refuses to help. San Antonio store on SW military Rep Kathia can't help. Website weekly says shipping delayed. You will get redirected to website to check status of BS eye glasses status!
Please I implore you DONT TRUST THIS FAKE WANT-A-BE optical store. Only good thing I can say is saleswoman in store was the sweetest.

Ever since my eye exam, customer service has not been up to par. Stanton optical now owns a Eyelab. Today I receive my eyeglasses. The service representative gave them to me and that was it, no fit, no asking if they were OK and that was it. I said, how do you do that? And he shrugged his shoulders. I'm done with them. If you need proof of purchase just go to Gastonia Staten, or a Eyelab, whatever it's called. Best regards.

I walk in and was immediately greeted by Enrique. I had check reviews and Enrique name pop up alot. He walk me thru everything and help me pick out my frames. He was great.at first I thought the prices were a little high. But then again I have not purchased eye glasses inover 20 years. I recommended going there.ty

Go to a real dr office I went here twice (yeah thought first was fluke or my fault) and twice I can't see right out of my glasses. This has only happened twice in my life and at my eye lab so if you care about your eyes and want to see clearly don't go here

Not happy that they give you pricing on the phone and online that is way less than when you get to the store and they hit you with the final bill. It's more than junk fees, it's where they knowingly up charge you without ever giving you a total until the very end.

Then when you get the glasses and are not happy with they want to charge you a fortune to have something changed.

Not at all happy with this company.

Exam was quick and easy. Even tho they don't take my insurance, the price was still discounted and still very reasonable in my opinion. I spent what I would've been spending with 1800 contacts, but got more. Exam, contacts, and 2 pairs of glasses. Guess I have a new spot to get my glasses and contacts now.

Today was my first visit to My Eyelab. It was the Best eye exam I have ever had. The staff was excellent! They helped me pick out 2 pair of glasses and gave me their HONEST opinions while doing so. For people I met for the first time they made me feel like family. I will definitely visit them again when needed.
