First time visiting and I felt comfortable and welcomed. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. This location is very neat and clean. Amongst the establishment itself the prices are gold! I saved so much and I purchased 2 pair of glasses and 6 month supply of contacts.
I had a great experience, I walked in and was warmly welcomed and quickly helped by Mario. I had some hesitation about the tele-consultant, but I had a very good exam and was then walked though my contact and glasses option and was able to receive a discount on my contacts! Highly recommend :)
Our office visit was awesome. I would most definitely recommend this facility to anyone needing a cheap eye exam and some nice glasses. They had plenty good deals on glasses and contacts. Everybody was so nice and well-trained. I went in, did the telehealth. I didn't know what to expect. So I asked plenty of questions before the process started and they answered every last one of them. I was asking so many questions then another customer walked in and said that he recommend to go ahead and do it. And how awesome it was. So we did. And we loved the service that was given.
Great customer service! It was very welcoming and the employee's were very helpful. Angel was the best she was so helpful with the process with picking out the frames and the glasses. She also help us find the cheapest way out of there. Overall the place is easy in and out with great customer service.

I brought Eyeglasses yesterday at Eyelab. I had to file insurance myself which I knew. The form was complex and I returned and Dakota helped me fill the paperwork. Great service!
CLIENTS BEWARE! After 3 appointments and 2 complete eye exams, my eyeglass prescription was still not correct. Having lost faith in this company to provide a correct prescription, I requested my money back. I did receive a partial refund. However, I was informed that the fee of $59 for the eye exam was not refundable. Upon making a call to My Eye Lab's main office, and objecting to my having to pay for an incorrect prescription, I contacted by the store manager in Statesboro Ga and was asked to return to My Eye Lab for yet another consultation with the store manager. After trying on the exact same prescription glasses and (of course) having the exact same results, I again explained that I didn't feel that it was right to have to pay for an incorrect prescription. The manager assured me that she would make an attempt to persuade the company to refund the remaining $59 to me. It has been over 2 weeks and I haven't seen the amount refunded nor have I heard a word from anyone at My Eye Lab regarding their decision. A wasted $60 to someone like me that is on SS and a tight budget (or, really for anyone at all) is nothing to 'shake a stick at'. Shame on you, My Eye Lab! NEVER AGAIN will I step foot in this automated scam they call an eye lab.
BIG MISTAKE TO GO TO MY EYELAB at 4700 SE 15th St, Del City, OK *******.
The Optometrist is in another country and the visit was done over the internet. They couldn't give me the results of my exam because they were waiting on the Optometrist. The staff next door has no idea what they are doing, it took forever to get the order written up. I was told it would be 7-10 day's worst-case scenario 14 days.
The phone number listed isn't to reach the location you are searching for. They have many local phone numbers to make you think you are talking to someone in the USA. You are not speaking to anyone in America.
I tried to escalate my call; Kathrine was refused. This is not a company that you want to do business with ever. All people that working are from another country. The reason they say that it takes so long in Texas is because is because they do quality work there. I believe they are making them in another country.
If you want affordable glasses and get them in 2 hours go to Eye Mart, they make them why you wait.
If I could give MY EYELAB a lower rating I would.
Visit EYELAB Vision with wife to purchase & eye exam for both, * office manager first question was insurance once we inform it was Doctors Health Plan & ALFLAC immediately they ask my wife and I they could assist that the plan only offers a certain amount of dollars and will probably not cover the whole amount, and if I wanted to continue. What a low professional place to visit
Due to I am DEAF and could not understand him clearly and we insist we wanted an eye exam appointment the treatment was the worst to a SENIOR CITIZEN STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE CONTACT YOUR INSURANCE FOR HELP

My daughter broke her glasses the day before school starts and she didn't have a back up pair. I needed to find a place that would help her immediately. I came across My Eyelab's website and noticed they had financing. I applied and was approved in seconds. I called and they got her in right away with the frame specialist. Sady was amazing. Not only did she let her use her existing lenses, she went home with a frame that fit her lenses that same day and took advantage of their two pairs for the price of one. Negative 5 stars if I could! Never again! Their products and warranty are absolute TRASH! 2 pair of glasses I purchased with them and both have issues- first pair the lenses kept popping out- within weeks the glasses BROKE! Second pair the lens cracked off right where they meet the frames- both lens! Within weeks of purchase! When you try to reach their corporate office you get the run around because each location is a franchise that's independently operated. They never call you back when you try to escalate your situation! When you go to the store they want 20% of the MSRP of the lens and 1 month to repair your glasses! I'm NEVER BUYING ANYTHING THERE AGAIN! You get better customer service and products buying online and cheaper as well! They wanted $36 to repair my defective lenses! I took my glasses and business elsewhere! I'm going to buy a whole new pair frames AND lens from a online store with my $36 and get them in a week and never touch a My Eye Lab again! Such a scam! Oh yeah and I'm a Veteran so yeah new job My Eye Labs scamming us vets out of our hard earned money!
