No return e-mails for 2 weeks after I sent 2 of them asking for a refund in the 5 day time range per their refund policy. I never was able to get verification that I set up an account, but you best be sure that they took my $ in a New York minute. I cannot even verify that the software was correctly loaded onto the telephone regardless of following all of the directions. Still attempting to even get some communication from these people. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT YOU PURCHASE!

App works great at first, Months later I started to notice the site shuts during hi volume periods "weekends" There is NO customer support. The reason I'm spending time on this site leaving a review is they took 3 months off my subscription without any explanation was unable to sign in and as you will see they DO NOT respond to you after they receive your money. They actually have a great product but in today's world you have to be honest and deliver the product promised for the time period paid for. Searching online I noticed they have multiple FAKE sites created by them with great reviews maybe they should use their resources backing up the product and upgrading the server:-) For those who need proof try reaching out to them before purchasing... or when you find out its a scam when its to late for a refund CALL YOUR CREDIT card servicer they will be happy to help. This is the worst ever! Absolutely no customer support or technical support, the phone number is bogus, no one ever answers the phone and it takes them days to respond to your concerns or issues, and they never address what the issues is, all they tell you do is check this that and third and when it's all done, and you have done everything right, they want you uninstall and reinstall?
It does not do what is say's
And instead of fixing the problem they want you to jump through all these hoops. I have to say the price will attract you, but DON'T DO IT. YOU WILL REGRET IT. COMPLETE FRAUD, I PAID FOR THE GOLD PACKAGE AND I HAVE BEEN USING THE STANDARD FEATURES AND EVERY TIME I ASK FOR AT LEAST A PARTIAL REFUND, THEY LITERALLY IGNORE MY REQUEST
