It's a great place to learn and practice music theory. It starts off with the very basics and then ramps up to more complicated concepts so I would suggest to not rush too much because you have to understand the basics before moving on and sometimes it takes time for the knowledge to stick. It might be more difficult if you can't read notes. Its perfect for learning piano but can be applied with other instruments too.

This website is great for anyone who is trying to learn music, no matter their preexisting skills or knowledge about music. This teaches a wide range of music learns that stretches from simple note names to complex seventh chord inversions. I defiantly recommend this app to anyone trying to learn more about music theory.

As if this was going to help someone, my kid does not know how to use this software, trying to teach him like this sucks, he ends up clicking every button and gets a good score on it, what a joke.

I used this for my flute. It was okay, except for the fact that every time you'd get a note wrong the amount of questions you had to answer would skyrocket. I had been doing questions for HOURS, and I was stuck on 85 percent accuracy and I'd already answered about 90 questions. It took me at least ten more for the percent accuracy to go up ONE PERCENT. I just don't like how every time I get one tiny question wrong it gives me at least twenty more questions to do, which I know is just to help maintain my score, but it was JUST ONE INCORRECT ANSWER, and it takes a HUGE amount of time to get your score up by one tiny percent. But otherwise, there was nothing wrong with the site and it was okay.
