Had an account with them. Then I change phone number and they said you can't update numbers you need to make a new account so I did. All good and worked. Then this week I have over £200 in the account and they have blocked all cards and account as I have two accounts? They do not reply to emails and no contact number so takes weeks! I have children and no access to my money! I have sent over 10 emails to them with no reply!
Outrageous service! Do not use!
They charge fees also!
I just need my card unlocked to buy groceries and things we need and they do not reply!
Avoid at all costs!
I have been going back and forth with support over something as simple as resetting my passcode, They will look your account out of nowhere and make it impossible to access your funds. BUYER BEWARE
