It's my fault! I didn't read reviews before purchasing. I purchased sports coats for my boys and it's the wrong color, much brighter than pictured in the online photo. The return policy is ridiculous. I'm an avid online shopper but I screwed up and didn't read the full return policy. I saw the beginning which said I had 15 days but not that they'd arbitrarily decide what stocking fee to apply plus I pay return shipping fee. Umm, sorry, no thanks, I'll shop at many other sites that offer better service.

Total ripoff! Chinese company that does not honor return policy. Cheap and poor fitting. No such thing as expedited shipping. Took 12 days instead of 3-6. Lesson learned.

Do not order from here. I do not recommend it. They make it EXTREMELY hard to return. I wished I knew this before ordering because now I am stuck with a dress I cannot wear. What a waste of money! I ordered a size 4 and received a size 2. At first when I emailed them that it didn't fit. They responded that they made a 2 for me. So I replied and said oh that's is why. I ordered a 4 not a 2. And then they sent me an email saying they made a mistake and that they made me a 4. Well I measured it and it wasn't a 4. I had a friend who wears a 2 tried it on and guess what she fit. So it is obviously a 2 and not a 4. And she even said the dress was tight. Omg I just want to return this thing. Not happy. Bad service. You've been warned. Be smart, don't be like me. I should have listened to one reviewer that mentioned this exact same fact about their unwillingness to let you return a bad product.

I was shocked when the dress turned up yesterday - just over one week from placing the order! I was even more surprised as the website still said that the order was processing. It looks like so much care and attention was put into creating this dress and I cannot fault this at all. The money I spent on this just is only 129 dollars, which is a very competitive price, especially when taking its excellent quality into consideration. All in all, I was happy with my choice of the dress!

My father wanted me to look and feel like the Queen, but in this dress, I feel like a princess. The ivory color was beautiful and the quality of the dress amazing... definitely exceeded my expectations. I used the live chat, in which I had a very pleasant conversation with a representative that not only answered all my questions, but also gave me the information including guiding me as to how to measure myself so I can send my accurate size upon ordering. Thanks for making this wonderful dress!

When the dress arrived I was pleased to find it is exactly as pictured and the quality of the dresses was spot on. The dress is made very well! The chiffon material is soft and it is comfortable when wearing it. The sizing is almost spot on too, a bit big around the chest area but nothing a seamstress won't fix for a $100. Only negative thing is that the netting is too long and not cut straight, but that is easily resolved with a pair of scissors and 2 minutes.

Today I want to tell some gratitude words to Msdressy. And the reasons why I feel gratitude are as follows. The dress came to me 9 days later after my ordering just as they promised. I was also concerned about the size of the dress, which had to be fit for me. All of these issues were addressed by the online representative. The quality of the dress is unbelievable, in the UK shops it would probably be around £1000 and I got it for £120. Thank you Msdressy!

I decided to find my wedding dress with beautiful embroidery I wanted and I found this dress on msdressy. I'm in the Bulgaria and ordered my dress from msdressy in the last week of May - my wedding isn't until November so figured that would be plenty of time. The dress looks so much more expensive than I imagined. It is also features rich detailing such as the beading and ruffles. The fit was perfect! The quality is impeccable! I cannot recommend this site highly enough - it was an unexpected relief!

I was really weary about ordering online from Msdressy. I had read mixed reviews from various sites but I decided to take a chance! There was no reply in 3 weeks, I am so anxious so tried again and a message was sent back it was on its way. There was a minor delay only about a week or so but delivery once the dress had been shipped was only two day. The quality of the fabric is amazing; and for the dress to be for this price is unbelievable! To be honest, at first I was afraid and a bit suspicious about ordering my dress through the internet. Fortunately, I got a gorgeous dress. Pair it with the black heels with the rhinestones on the toes --stunning!

These kinds of sites usually have FAKE TRUST SEALS for "McAffee Secure" and "Verisign trusted" at the bottom of the page! (real trust seals link back to the accrediting site.)

Recommended by my close friend, I order 3 dresses for my bridesmaids. My color theme is fuschia, so not something easy to find on the high street. The status of my order had not updated in about 20 days, so we were panicking because we had no idea what was going on with the order at all, it just said payment accepted. Finally, after a few emails we finally received a reply stating that the dresses have been shipped. Anyway, I am very happy with dress for the price and the good quality. If money is a consideration, I would definitely recommend Msdressy.com.
