Purchased a dress from Msdressy last month. It’s stunning and of very high quality. The embroidery work is amazing, I was worried it would look tacky but its retro style looks very chic. Even with the cost of the alterations that need to be made (ordered larger than usual just because I was a bit nervous about buying online), it deserve the $! I was apprehensive to purchase from abroad but there was no need to worry at all! Worth the risk for me!
I was very nervous buying from online - my dress cost $150, after reading so many terrible reviews mixed with amazing reviews, I choose one dress for a try- not perfect but realistic for the price I paid. The construction is very well done and the dress is very simple while still being elegant! The hem is quite squint but I'll need the dress shortening anyway as I deliberately ordered it longer, so this will be fixed. Anyway, I’m pleased with this dress.

I received my dress last week and it was identical to the dress in the picture, great quality and I was extremely satisfied, while it was too big (alterations will have to be done). I was nervous because I wasn't sure if it was the same as the picture and yes it is. I saved so much money purchasing through Msdressy and am very pleased with my decision.
I tried on the dress at a well known local bridal boutique and Msdressy offered the same dress at half the cost. The dress is so solidly and well made. It came in a timely manner and for being custom ordered it couldn't fit any better. The quality is outstanding. There was a hefty customs charge, however, it was not a concern, considering the low price of the dress in the first place. Really appreciate for sending me such an amazing dress!

Dress is absolutely adorable! Fabric is of very good quality, looks amazing. I also got it a lot earlier than I thought! Do not I repeat DO NOT buy from this company! I ordered a Prom dress for my daughter and when it finally came it was in the wrong color and the material was thick looking and was not like the dress in the picture. I was told to ship the dress back which was in China and cost 70.00 to ship as they don't pay for shipping, and I haven't received my refund as of yet.
I ordered my dress on April 5th for my prom on April 27th and have not received my dress yet and its Thursday. This site does not communicate with you or work with you at all. I'm very disappointed and in tears over the ordeal.

I tried leaving a review on their website but they do not allow it. Therefore whatever reviews you see on their website is vetted and only the BEST is selected. This provides an exceptionally BIASED view. It is NOT based in the USA but in CHINA. Be wary of the "Quality guarantee" and "Customer orientated service"
I ordered a dress that did not fit despite giving my measurements to have it custom fitted. After a series of email going back and forth, the conclusion was for me to receive a 70% refund after stocktaking costs. This was in October 2012, and it is now January 2013 and I have yet to receive a single cent in my paypal. This is after 3 emails to try to get a correspondence. I even went as far as to leave a facebook post on their page which got deleted.
An extremely disappointing experience that would make me doubt its credibility and believe that all the reviews were either paid or made up.
DO NOT do business with this company. They sent me the wrong colored dress and tried to tell me it was the one I asked for. The color I wanted was the color shown in the picture on THEIR website. Doesn't get any clearer than that. Customer service TERRIBLE

When you go through to visa, you are warned that you are entering a non secure site. I tried to call the phone number provided and there is no connection. I sent e-mails asking about a pay pal invoice and no response.
