Probably the worst travel experience of my life.
Over crowded, $#*!ty arrogant staff, $#*!ty service. Fabricated gratuity charges. Hold you by physical force to pay undeserved gratuity. Not one American on the ship. Stand in line for anything. Everything is extra money.
Asses to elbows the whole way!

Nice "looking" ships but poor service.

It's been over a month and never heard back from anyone. Since booked with TUI... All-inclusive cruises, drinks and gratuities also included. Yes smaller ships but better service and less extras to pay for.

MSC needs to get their act together and realize that customers are the way they make money!

First day of departure, we were in our cabin on deck 15. The smell in the cabin was like "gas fumes". We had the cabin attendant come in our room and he agreed. He supposedly notified his superior,who also agreed and the plumber was notified. Next day Agus (cabin attendant) said they found the drain was compromised and they would replace. We checked back several times during the day and we were repeatedly assured it would be rectified before evening. Nothing was done and smell was worst. We went to guest services & spoke to Oodesh who was extremely sarcastic. Told us he would eventually "find" us a room, but it would be in the category we booked at best. It took 1/2 the day to find and clean a room. We waited several hours and missed dinner and the show. We were eventually assisted in the process. Finally spoke to front desk manager and it she offered her apology.
Food was JUST ok. Only good part were show singers & dancers, who were fantastic. Overall, we will never cruise MSC ever again. Not worth the money we paid.
