I had a part shipped overnight AM delivery All that was fine,,, But they shipped the wrong part. Apparently someone had labeled the part wrong. Causing me another day of down time, lost profits, wages and late shipments.
Your prices are fair, service is good and sales are friendly.
I just hope this doesn't happen again.

I contacted Joe at MRO for some VFD's I needed right away. He gave me a good price and I received them within a couple of days. I am very pleased with both their prices and customer service. Highly recommend!
