The price was much lower than our "preferred" supplier, and the delivery time was quicker than expected. Wouldn't hesitate to do more business with MRO.

Had an emergency situation@ 5:30pm. Called MRO and they had the rebuilt drive and made the shipment happen overnight. Arrived on time and machine was up and running. Excellent service

MRO quote response was within minutes and once the order was placed everything was handled without issues. Very please with the documentation follow-up and timely delivery. The whole experience with MRO was a pleasent one and I would buy again.

The component that I ordered arrived on time, well packed, in OEM packaging. I installed it, fired it up, and it's working great.
