Great business to deal with

Have been a customer of MRO Electric for 6+ months now. I have zero complaints on quality, customer service, and ease of use. Their site is very user friendly, their staff is always eager to please. The prices are far better, sometimes half, of other similar vendors. Overall I am completely satisfied.

I have been increasingly disappointed with online purchasing from other places lately, but I was very happy when I found these prices were so low and my order came very quickly.

Ordered a replacement FANUC LCD kit, normally pricey on other websites and they had it for cheaper. I bought it expecting to have some issues. When I had a question I called and was immediately sent to a person- no phone system, no international call center. The order was placed on the phone in a matter of minutes, and arrived in two days (with their free two-day shipping.) I will be shopping here again.

WOW, I have gotten so many Siemens parts cheaper than anywhere else I can find. The customer service truly goes above and beyond. 90% of the items I order are delivered in less than 24 hours. Can't beat it!

I had not heard of MRO Electric until a Google search for Fanuc drives found them.
I telephoned my order on Tuesday afternoon and received the goods at 10:30 the next morning. The staff member I spoke to was courteous and efficient.
I thoroughly recommend this company and will be using them again.
