The Altivar 56 is an outdated VFD. It made for a great and fast repair to be able to slip in an exact replacement. The terminal strips just unplugged from the existing unit and plugged right into the new one. No carefully removing, tagging, and replacing wires, wondering if you messed one up. I was also excited to hear the you do repairs. I am going to send you the one that I took out to be repaired and I will have another exact replacement sitting on the shelf.
This was my first time dealing with MRO Electric and I was very pleased. The customer rep that I spoke to was both very knowledgeable and very friendly. I would highly recommend them and we will be ordering from them again.

Initial conversations it was clearly stated that the work and repair would be warranted. After sending the controller in for repair it was found that MRO had no way of testing the unit to see if it was fully functional. In short no guarantee was given and the controller was returned working as it was sent out. We paid basically for nothing. Presently looking for another repair facility.

Extremely impressed! I bought a new Siemens board and I asked how fast could it be shipped. I ordered it that afternoon and they overnighted it. It arrived at my shop the next morning in perfect condition. The customer service was excellent they checked on me and my order throughout the entire process. They gave me a hard, low price (no open ended hourly rate) and a promise that if they couldn't make it work they wouldn't charge anything.
