This company is NOT in the Uk. It is simply cheap products from China. They do not give refunds and the customer service is awful. They sent me the wrong item and 13 emails later are still insisting I pay return postage (to China!)
My 2nd Fluffy friend, Mum bought me one some time ago & I've used it every night & in many different places. She said I had to have a new one as my current one is embarrassing, I play with it & move it all over my room. It's very comfy & warm. Thank you for my new one.

When I had not received my order a month after placing it I tried to cancel it and was refused. And they won't issue a refund until they finally send the bed and I return it at MY expense!

I was surprised to be advised to order large. Well it was right to do so. The bed is nice and cosy. Our dog enjoys cuddling up in it. I think the price is quite high but that is my only negative comment.

I bought the largest bed because I wanted my black lab mix to be able to stretch out on it. I placed it over a flat bed she was using and she is happy with the way she can rest her head on the edge and feel safe and comfy. We have tile floors which is why I put it over her existing bed. She either lays on it or on my bed, wherever I happen to be. I like it, she seems fine with it. If you want something thicker, then you will have to buy a mattress which would cost you so much more.

I read a lot of reviews regarding this product, but none of them prepared me for what was delivered. One I did not have the delivery issues, my dog's bed arrived in a decent amount of time but when it did arrive I was a bit shocked. I purchased an XL for my rottweiler. The bed arrived and it was folded up and the size of a set of queen size sheets. I was like no way is this a fluffy bed. There is absolutely no stuffing inside. You can put your foot on it and it goes to the floor. My dogs ignored this bed and the only way to get them to use it, is by placing it on top of their regular beds and still they don't look so relaxed. They look bored. Beware of this product. Those pictures look great but they are not the product that you will receive.

The pictures on their website show a very thick plush dog bed. When the bed showed up it was in a small bag. It did expand but not even close to what they advertise. It's a bit of a ripoff, false advertising.

My Granddogs love the beds! High quality, very soft! Prices was great! That was there Christmas presents. One of my Granddog is very old, has arthritis real bad. He sleeps so great now! The only thing I would say negative is the shipping was very slow. It took 4 weeks from order to receiving the product. But is was Christmas time.

My kitty was diagnosed vwith cancer a few months ago (she is doing well and still happy and playful) and usually doesn't like beds but I bought a medium sized bed for her to try and she loves it! Just bought another one for my semi-feral kitty so we'll see if he likes his new bed.

I placed the order on 27 November and is now 9 December: I am still waiting on delivery. I have only received auto reply's on messages I have sent. In this day and age it should not take this long to ship or receive an order. I have checked the order number and it shows waiting in Jamaica, NY since 29 November.

I'm not going to list all the issues I've had with this company.
Suffice it to say:
No responses from company no matter how you try to contact them for whatever reason.
I've disputed the charge with my cc company and have a note on my mailbox and house saying I am refusing any shipment from this company - IF it every ships, which is highly unlikely.
UPDATE: I was able to speak with my mail carrier. She refused both packages. Let's see how long or IF MrFluffyFriend ever acknowledges the return. As of now I've NEVER received a response from them.

Bought the XXl bed for my amputee golden retriever. Way too small for him and absolutely no padding. Contacted via email 3x times ( no customer service number) have not heard back. Will be contacting BBB.

Was a bit hesitant at first as used a link from Facebook. Took a while for my order to arrive. When I opened it was again a bit concerned as looked very small and I had ordered the xl size. But it was vacuum packed.
When we opened it Christmas for our dog it was just the right size for her, with loads of room, she is a mastif x.
It is so soft and fluffy, she absolutely loves it, and that much that she spent lost if the day in it, and didn't really want to get out if it.
So much so that we have ordered another.
Personally I would highly recommend these dog beds, absolutely fantastic.

I have nothing good to say about what is inaccurately described as a dog bed. It was flat without an stuffing...it was ridiculous to call this a dog bed, it was just a damn frisbee. Customer service and their refund policy, one big joke. You had to return it to China for a refund. The cost to do that was more than the bed. How this rip off company is still in business boggles my mind. DO NOT PURCHASE AS YOU WILL REGRET IT. Just a heads up so you don't get ripped off!

I was struck by the condition of the packaging upon arrival. It was my first
Red flag. The dog bed was wrapped in a torn plastic covering and taped up to look like a bag of garbage. There was nothing between the bed and the plastic so opening was a challenge in order to not damage the material. Upon opening it there wasn't a product insert, any washing instructions or material content. There wasn't even a tag attached. It looked like I received someone's return.
There was little stuffing and what was there was balled up in a bunch on one side and impossible to even out. I ordered a XXL and l received what looked like a M/L. I emailed the company and was offered 15% off or to return the product at my cost back to China with the original packaging in tact. The return would have been a small fortune and may not have been accepted because I had not received original packaging to begin with. The quality, pictures nor the description on the website reflect what I received. Fraudulent product for $113.00.
I love your pet bed. My dog has eaten her way through 2 beds, but your beds are a winner. I have just bought my second one, and the delivery was swift.

The bed did not have a proper amount of stuffing. It was not a XX large bed. Maybe a medium size bed. There is no way to return it because you'll have to pay an additional $85 to have it shipped back so it would be pointless.

Horrible, I asked them to cancel before I received as it was taking over a month. They said it was on the way and could not refund. I received 1 of 2 and I was shocked to see the flat flat bed almost no filling.

After I reviewed Mr. Fluffy friend as a scam, they contacted me and said how can we resolve this matter. I said you tell me either issue A credit or send the bed. At this point I would prefer a credit because I don't trust this company. Have you read all the reviews? This company is a total scam. To date I have yet to receive a response from them. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and will keep writing as many negative reviews as I can.

My Shih Tzu is super happy with her new bed. She snuggles in it, and she looks so comfortable. I hope it holds up well in the wash, and then I will give the bed 10 stars. I ordered the apricot color and it is a very lovely, warm shade. Matches well with beige and brown tones.

We ordered this bed because it looked so thick and comfortable. It took forever to receive it, and when we opened it we were so completely unhappy, actually we were very very angry! It is NOTHING like it looks in the pictures. Complete false advertising and a rip off! Of course it could not be returned because they told us it has to be in the original packaging, but that is impossible to do. It was vacuum sealed when we received it and there is no way human possible that anyone is getting it back in that packaging. I would not recommend this product to anyone! There are many other brands out there making a much better quality bed for your pet. Our pets are our best friends so they deserve much better than this rip off bed!
