I recently purchased a used 'very good' condition battery for my mavic pro 2 drone from them. Within 10 charges it began to swell so much it cracked the plastic casing and became faulty and unusable with the drone. It actually created a huge safety risk that could have resulted in the battery pushing itself out of the drone mid flight and causing a total catastrophic failure and complete loss of my drone which I use for professional videography work. MPB refused to exchange the item or offer a refund and said batteries are not covered under any warranty! They offered me 10% of another battery but were not able to guarantee that the same would not happen again and I'd be out if pocket for 2 drone batteries or worse- completely lose my drone due to a mid-flight failure. My advice would be not to use MPB for anything battery related - especially anything related to drone equipment. If anyone would like more info happy to give it and provide pictures.

Do not use MPB for any battery related products. Especially drone batteries - you give yourself a high financial and safety risk to you and your equipment

I would NEVER purchase again from MPB. They sold me a broken camera and REFUSED to exchange or refund the camera after they agreed to refund in writing, they changed their mind. I bought a camera to use for live streaming, and the HDMI output was broken on this a6500. Supposedly, they tested all the cameras BEFORE selling however they sold me a broken a6500. I'm screwed with a broken camera, and I'm out $500. Thanks, MPB!

It is a shame that I am unable to give -******* to MPB US Inc. Do yourself a huge favor and deal with a reputable outfit out there instead of MPB and you will save yourself a ton of aggravation & $.
I have had a horrible experience dealing with them. The level of incompetence is beyond the pale. They are a scam and fraudulent co. On top of it, very difficult and time consuming to reach anyone that can resolve your issue. But if you get to finally speak to a "Customer Experience Team Lead" named Alastair, you get to be insulted by a very nasty individual and accused of lies and mischaracterizations. Physiological projection at it's finest.
I got a quote & shipped a camera to them, I confirmed receipt via tracking. They said they did not receive it. Upon my many kind request, they finally checked the security footage and admitted indeed they had received it, BUT were unable to locate it. After asking them several weeks later, they said they finally found it BUT that it did not work. I voluntarily provided them with a raw file with the included metadata to prove the camera was working just fine just prior to me shipping it in. More than a month has gone by and my case is still not resolved. The level of harassment and hassles that I have had to deal with is incredible.
I do believe this is a scam operation in which later they want you to provide them with a photo DL to supposedly conduct an investigation. Now how would anyone in the right mind provide it, if they cant even keep track of the inventory they receive.
I have been extremely understanding, courteous, calm and patient with them to no avail. I did not want to publicly air my grievances. I only feel the need to warn people to stay as far away as possible from these con artist.
I do hope that if anyone reads this it will help them avoid what could be a horrific experience and loss of your gear.
As a professional in business for many years I have NEVER dealt with anything like this in my entire career.

Rating Conditions vary with price and Not always True
Bought like new that was really excellent
And bought excellent rated gear that was really good in condition
Bought an af-s lens that was in excellent condition that was DOA, replacement wasnt any better
Now I bought a like new camera with low shutter count and its more like excellent condition
Who ever rates gear there never is as precise as other camera stores

Tip for consumers:
check your gear over fully, make sure everything works
I received a camera that was sticky though it was never described or sold as such
if its not what you expected send it back for refund
