I received my best customer service experience in quite some time from Vince. I needed a rush order and he made it happen for me with no problem. The product was shipped the same day and received within three days of ordering!
We did this as a program for our dorm and about 50 people turned out to pot the succulents. They were easy to transfer and were fresh and healthy when we received them, besides having beautiful color!

Plants carefully packed and arrived in excellent condition. All are plants are in ground and thriving. (Mountain Crest Gardens is only about 100 miles from my home.) I've purchased from other online sellers and was impressed with care taken by MG.

I am new to the succulent world, but had heard amazing things about the plants from Mountain Creat. I decided to take a chance and order several different varieties. We watch Garden Answer YouTube videos and were impressed with Laura's unboxing of gorgeous succulents so I placed an order! My succulents arrived safe and sound in a well packed box. Very pleased!
First time order and the plants came in perfect condition! They were tenderly packed with biodegradable material. They were a little moist so I took them out of the shipping pots and let them rest. The sempervivum are thriving in my cactus garden and I need more, more, more!

Plants arrived in perfect condition, small plants in 2" pots, which makes handling them quick and easy upon receipt; the way most Sempervivum specialty vendors supply them is bare-root dry in paper bags, which requires hours of tedious work to get them cleaned, potted, and top-dressed, and labeled. Compared to other Sempervivum specialty vendors that ship bare-root, you will receive about double the quantity of plants, both mature hens and good sized chicks, with those other vendors, as compared to Mountain Crest where 1 plant ordered is one small plant received. When receiving Sempervivum, if a single plant flowers prematurely, it dies (because they're monocarpic) and one depends on chicks to be in existence to keep that variety going, thus receiving one small plant does pose a risk that it'll flower after receipt and die, without yet having a chance of making chicks. For that reason I gave the "Value" rating only 4 out of 5 stars. The plants, while small, are strong and well rooted, growing in a coir fiber medium, which is better that the dreaded peat medium many growers use, I expect they'll grow just fine once "unleashed" into the garden. Highly recommended.
I really enjoyed this last shipment. Loved what I ordered esp when I got the bigger pots with more succulents in them. I am quickly looking to place my new order asap. Hooked on succulents!
