I ordered pastel color theme 25 for $54 and spent my $$ my time researching, taking interest, designing my theme (short stubby landscape with pastel color which won't be a tall order of things) and ordering it after giving a good thought. But these crooks have to mess with the entire order. Except for a couple of stuffs rest all were overgrown ugly bunch of crappy plants! Not only they don't match they are not the variety at all what they show in the picture! Deceiving effing crooks! To top it all I had to shell out another $15 to send the package back to those buttholes!

This is what went on; plz read and save yourself and some big ticket disappointments
ME:
Regarding my order, I got completely different set of tray I`m so disappointedwiththis. I was so excited about this order. I cross checked my order again what I ordered was pastel succulent tray of 25. I got some thing else! Attaching pic of the order that I received. This may have 1 or 2 of the variety of pastels but the set looks completely different than what I have ordered. I need a full refund for the same.
Also I need shipment label to send it back to you.

Per the product description for all our collections, stated under What You Receive: "Colors and varieties will be similar to photo, but may vary depending on the season." We pick plants that match the theme of the collection, but the specific varieties vary year-round.

ME:
Entire order will be different you mention it. You don't want specify variety thats available currently then all thats waste for me as I have similar ones already. Also you dint mention what will be replaced with what. This is $#*!ing nonsense to me that I have bear the returns cost for ordering from you. Its a worst ever experience in the history of my purchase! This will definitely make it a point in my reviews. Thanks so much so nothing!

As stated on the website, the specific varieties are chosen by us. The photos are an example of the types of plants you will receive. If you have specific plants that you would like, we always recommend purchasing them individually.

After burning my dreams and interests to ashes this is what I said to them!
To match the pastel them you guys dumped some random crap in my package. Returning it immediately! The reviews are going to be included for all the pain I got in this 1 shipment! Worst in the history of my online shopping! Ever! Get a crappy version of bunch of misplaced items and then pay for shipping it back on my own expense! Karma repays in future! For sure!

I got a wrong pair of earrings and these people are never responsive when i wrote back. I have written twice to them. They are just a sink hole of your money. Do not buy fake products from them and loose your money. Save it and buy something more valuable!

Not only are the agents arrogant buttheads[one executive from offshore during my late evening call] the alterations in the itinerary will take forever to get it done!
I made a mistake booking thru Scandinavian airlines thru and thru this site was extra added pain in the rear! Trust me if you have changes be ready to invest good 5 hrs worth phone calls! What the heck! Its the travellers booking thru this site fetches them some commission and they had to be educated how to behave with clients? One does not know the history of discussions based on the pnr number? What kinda support is it that does not log the history? Do i need to repeat the enitre story over n over again?

After giving earfull of my mind out this jerk representative feels i'm getting the $1000 price tix for 1800 aftr changes is some sort of fun to me and carelessly says you shud go to some other travel agency to get the booking! What the $#*!! How are these ppl still in the market? How can they not educate their support n employees aboht some ground realities here? Just because the skyscanner listed this agency and just because i chose this particular agency for my norway bookings i suffered thur hell lot of pain! Lastly the billing price for the changes sent to me was $789 and they charged me $798! [my original bill for the 2 tix i booked was $1087] oh helllooooo?! Are you blind or $#*!! They claim that $798 bill was sent out 16 mins later with the actual bill wothput any clarifications given! What sort of a company is this! I stayed on calls like a helpless person just to get things straightened out! Spending 1800 for a 800 worth tix is no $#*!ing fun at all! Hope these agents and the so called agency realizes some painpoints of the customers too!
