We recently purchased new squad and body worn cameras from this company. Body worn cameras are not reliable and the implementation staff that helped us with the installment was not at all knowledgable on their product. Equipment came configured wrong even though we filled out the configuration paperwork for them.

This company used to be WatchGuard and we had squad cameras and a few body worn cameras with them. We were happy with the 9 squad cameras and the body worn cameras were OK but we only had a couple of them. Motorola purchased WatchGuard and the quality of service really dropped. I would seriously look at a different vendor before committing a large amount of money into Motorola Solutions!
