We came across motorcycle Closeouts while searching for our son new racing gear, we placed an order and it arrived within a few days. Everything was great quality. We did have to ship back one item that didn't fit, however it was an easy process. Since our first order we have placed 2 more for other items. Super happy customers :)

I was so happy that I was able to purchase my son motorcycle boots and motorcycle pants at a very good price. I would recommend this website to anyone. These boots I have been looking to buy them for a while but I couldn't afford them at the price of the store was asking for. However motorcycle close out made it happen and made my son happy of a very awaitt for Christmas present.

Horrible customer service. Bought a helmet that didn't fit and had to pay $30 to ship back. Instead of refund they lured me into getting store credit so I wouldn't lose more money. Then I bought another helmet which came with the visor broken out of the box. Customer service took almost a week to respond and wanted to send me parts so I could fix the helmet myself. Ridiculous. And shipping was very slow.

I returned pants that had seams opening up. They were never worn and had all tags in tact. After a lot of hassle they eventually sent me a shipping label for the return. By the way the shipping was supper slow so now I had to buy pants locally for my trip. Weeks later they send me repaired pants back, I was supposed to be credited my money back. We never discussed anything else and now many weeks later they send me pants and won't send me a shipping label so I can return the unopened box. Completely unprofessional and childish responses from them.

I've attempted to purchase at least 6 times. This final time it allowed me to complete the order. The problem is it would not let me populate the boxes in full and the key pad will not move out of the way. Instead of filling out the information in order I had to begin by putting my password 1st, then name an address. Then when putting in my payment information I had to start with security code first then card number. Any other sequence it would not work. Also, I had to keep changing the item number to 1 because at checkout it kept populating 2. I also could not add a different shipping address so I had to ship it to my billing address, which for me is not convenient. Something is definitely wrong with the check out programming. If it wasn't for the great price,color specifics,and my OCD I would not have tried every combination to make fhis purchase. I gave neutral scores because I feel I can not fairly rate untill I recieve the order and inspect it. I'm not trying to be mean but hopefully whatever is wrong will be fixed. I use my phone to purchase often and have no problems. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy 8+. Thanks.

Worst online shopping experience ever. I received the wrong item and was expected to pay for shipping to return it. I ended up spending a total of about $65.00 after all was said and done, only to be given a store credit of $28.95. To get a refund, I was only going to get $18.95 back. Worst customer service and policies ever. Will NEVER use Motorcycle Closeouts again!

Our return and refund policies have always been very clear on our website, and exceptions are only made if we ship out the wrong product - that is, not the one you ordered. While some people find this too strict, the margins on closeout merchandise are simply too slim - most other companies won't let you return closeout items at all. Further, we always offer 100% store credit, if you want to purchase something else - we only charge the $10 for refunds, because it costs us money to process them.

My son saved up his birthday money to buy gear for his dirt bike. He spent every penny he had and the pants fit much smaller than expected. I'm sure we did not read the very fine print, so it is our fault, but it's ridiculous that when you advertise "FREE exchange on your first order" you don't actually mean free exchange. I had to pay $10 shipping it back to you and now I have to pay $10 in shipping to get the corrected item. This will be our last purchase on this site and will not be recommending it to our friends.

Why did I have to "SIGN UP" FOR AN ACCOUNT ??? This was pure B.S. and I suspect that it was for the purpose of spamming me with ads or selling my info to some "mailing list"
So therefore I will have to probably block you from my email account and never do business with you again.... we'll see...
That's also why I will probably not recommend your website/company to others. But it was your choice to do it this way.....

Worst return policy I have ever experienced!

I will never purchase from this business again.

I intend to tell every motorcycle enthusiast I know about my horrible experience with Motorcycle Closeouts, and suggest they shop somewhere else - a 10% return charge is robbery - read the fine print!
(a $100.00 fee to return a $1,000 item is insane)

Motorcycle Closeouts is not worth the trouble just to save a few dollars...

They will over charge you for returning an item and charge you some more to return the item back to you. This place customer service is $#*!

Ordered a bag for my Harley. It never came, then they said they had another one that would work. I didn't want that one so I complained to Pay pal. They sided in my favor and the company bounced the check to Pay pal.

When I called today the support staff was no help and didn't seem to care at all that I was not pleased or that I will not recommend your company to anyone.

We generally don't ship an order until all of its pieces come in from the warehouse and can be sent together. We do this because it saves on shipping, allowing us to continue offering low prices and affordable shipping costs.

your site was fine till it came time to checkout. your paypal is awful!! there is no reason it should take 10 minutes to checkout. No one ever remembers their password. Paypal says my password is not acceptable. Reason why I cant remember it

Our products are first quality and carry the same manufacturers' warranties as if they were sold in your local motorcycle dealership. Closeout items are not blemished or defective items; they are simply overstocked at the distributor or perhaps previous year models. Closeout items are available for return or exchange, just like current models. We keep our prices down by buying in bulk and keeping our overhead low, while offering high-quality products and providing exceptional customer service.
