Very good looking helmet and a fantastic price. I bought 2 of these. Has internal shade also. Glows in the dark, so at night, it looks awesome!

Return policy and restocking fee isn't attractive. Given what you sell I understand. It may prevent me from future ordering on helmets however. Lesson learned.
I ordered an item online for overnight delivery as I needed it prior to leaving for Sturgis. Customer Service was kind enough to find the item in one of their warehouses closer to my home and was able to save me money in delivery, yet still provide my item in time. Customer Service at it's best!
I purchased a tinted visor for my SS1300 helmet. It was delivered quickly but the quality proved to be poor.
The tinting began to flake off the visor. I contacted the seller and followed their instructions to have the problem resolved including supplying digital photos but, to date, I have no indication that the problem is being resolved.
Everyone that I have had dealings with at motorcyclecloseouts.com has been very courteous and helpful but my quality problem fremains unresolved.
When I reached the personal info page, the right side flipped rapidly up & down. It's a glitch that almost made it impossible for me to complete my entry. I finally had to restart that page and work from the password backward through that part of the form to complete the order. Just a friendly FYI that you might want to check your programming.
02/07/16: I still don't understand how I could order on a Saturday and get delivery on Monday. How did you do that? I may never know, but this much is clear...Jimmy John's does not own the "Freaky Fast Delivery" thing anymore! Love the gloves, although I did have to take them to a tailor to have the thumbs brought under control a bit. The jacket is nice, bright, and well armored. Could use more pockets, but I ride a bagger, so I have room for small items. All in all, a very worthwhile purchase. Won't be my last.
Store and delivery excellent! Speed and Strenghth jacket I ordered is awsome with the exception of the left elbow pad was sown in a bit higher than the right " the bottom of the pad just reaches my elbow" other wise I had a very good experience with this on line store, friendly staff! I would buy again!
I didn't like how the pictures and text were so small compared to other websites.

The Alpinestar boots I ordered were very comfortable and easy to put on my feet. I used them for a long distance ride with my motorcycle group and they kept my feet cool and comfortable, even when walking around.
The Helmet I ordered arrived very quickly. I spent a few minutes getting familiar with the features and controls of the visor, and drop down sun shade etc. Installed the pinlock lense that was included. Checked the fit. And all is good.
The Helmet came with a nice soft tie shut cover that I had not been expecting but do appreciate.
The fit feels good.
But winter is extending into April, so I will be waiting a bit to take it for a ride. When I do the vents will be likely closed and the anti fog property of the pinlock visor lense will likely be needed. Looking forward to the warm weather and open ventilation needs though.
I previously ordered a helmet (2XL) and it did not fit. It was extremely small. I gave it to my son. I would have preferred to keep it for myself. I was very disappointed. My second order was also a 2XL Scorpio brand full-face helmet and was still a little tight. I loved the face shield upgrade but haven't attempted to switch it. It was a good deal so far.
Down before black Friday, up for BF, and now waaayyy down and I bought it. Thanks!
12/26/13- I ride to work everyday and my old leather jacket was way beyond redemption. Rode to work in style this morning! And comfort and confidence. Thanks again!
Couldn't be happier with my purchase. I usually try to buy my gear from local shops but sometimes you can't find what your looking for, or the price you want to pay. The price for this helmet was less than I expected to pay.
I have to say. I am extremely impressed with the level of quality in the itembi received...however I am even more impressed with the level of professionalism I was treated with in completing my purchase. I received the item I wanted, at an unbelievable price, and with super fast shipping! "Closeouts" is the first place I check when I'm looking for anything gear related. Ordered a helmet for my husband on my last order and now he saw this gear that he likes, glad we got a great price. Not sure why the combo price was higher though. I also wasn't able to use my LOYAL15 promo code, not sure why?
I was looking for a Shoei rf1200 and found a helmet I liked here. I received a phone call from staff answering some questions and providing information on my order. Love this helmet, nice to have a fresh lid for sure. Overall I'm pleased with the quality of the products and level of customer service.
