I don't like return policy. Charged for exchanges, wrong size etc. I have to pay for reshaping etc. Other companies don't charge for exchanges and pay for shipping on exchanges. So, I probably won't buy things in the future u less I know for sure the items will fit, etc.

I had to call motorcyclecloseouts.com to get help with the sizing for the replacement helmet pads that I was looking for. He was able to answer my questions and make my buying process smooth. I am very happy with the quality of the replacement pads.

Received parcel without notification of shipping. The delivery was faster than the notification of shipment. Interesting and cool at the same time.

Helmet works great. Only problem is that the power cord want charge the battery. You have to keep pulling it out and moving the cord inside the helmet for it to charge for a few mins. Other than that love it.

The return policy and stocking fee is amongst the worst in the whole online mxindustry. That's why I switch to other sites like rocky mountainatv. Change it and become customer supportive and friendly, and people will spend more money!

I received the order and planned on returning a few of the items because of a change of mind on those items. I have a return voucher approved but am still deciding on whether I will return them or not. I like your store and have no complaints.

They will over charge you for returning an item and charge you some more to return the item back to you. This place customer service is $#*!

Visited store, ordering online to assure home delivery. 50 mile round trip to store.
Wasn't completelt satisfied, returned to store and exchanged for different brand and model.
I experienced no problem or issue in doing the exchange. But, was for a higher dollar item
And immediately.

The was received within a reasonable amount of days. Product was packaged very well for shipment. Product received undamaged. Everything was fine.

I would of liked not to pay for shipment, but other than that, the product was fine.

Due to an inventory error the color jacket i ordered was no longer available. M/C closeouts called me and told me the jacket was available in another color. I said change the color and had it in days.

I was very pleased with the product and so was my child, but I do need to return the pants for a larger size, Can someone please contact me on this or tell me how I should go about this.Thank You

The size i ordered didn't fit and you don't backup your product. It makes it bad when you buy online you don't have the ability to try n the product first. It ends up looking like a SCAM! Charging for a return, and up charge for return and repurchase..

I purchased a closeout item. When I ordered it, they emailed me and informed me that there was an imperfection. They included pictures and offered me a discount, which I accepted and they shipped the item promptly.
