Good I called to ask a question after I emailed the same question and got a very vague response. It seemed right off the bat that the person was not that interested in trying to help me get the size correct because the place that got the coat was not where he was, but he did help me and it fit fine.

Very happy and was so shocked to find this deal on a brand new helmet I love bell and was so happy they carried them!

I ordered a helmet. I looked on other web sites but motorcycle closeouts had it for the least expensive price. I received the helmet quickly. I love it. There was one issue. The chin curtain was missing a clip. I told motorcycle closeouts and they had bell send a new chin curtain with all the clips. I received the replacement chin curtain within days. Excellent products. Excellent service. Thank you

My grandson wanted some items for Christmas. Was glad to see I could get them delivered for Christmas. I would have liked free shipping but will to pay to get the items he wanted. Thank you. The specials were awesome.

I had been searching for these motorcycle sunglasses and they were the only place that carried them. The transaction was so simple and easy and the delivery was very quick. I will definitely recommend them and order from them again!

The last S&S helmet I bought was a medium, so I ordered a medium again. The new helmet fit much tighter than the previous helmet (same exact model).

Just not worth the hassle and paying the cost of shipping back.

Great prices. I think the Fly gear I bought had to be seconds which wasn't disclosed; the top button on the pants was pulled through upon unpackaging and the stitching is poor on the coat in places.
I emailed and called before my order was shipped to see if I could adjust it no one responded until it was "out the door" then I got the tracking info and the origin scan wasn't made till hours after they/we made contact.

The products and prices were great.
Although I paid the extra $19.99 for 3 day shipping and didn't receive deliver for 5 days.
I understand it was Thanksgiving week but the it was still 5 business days not 3.
No holiday included.

A little disappointed in having to wait so long for something that is supposed to be in stock according to order page. If something is not in stock don't say it is and then when completing the order tell me that I have to wait longer.

I ordered a helmet and extra dark smoke shield. The helmet came, however it was too small. The dark smoke shield was not in the box, even though the packing label said it was included. MotorcycleCloseouts customer service ensured that I was refunded for both the helmet and shield once the helmet was received back in their warehouse.

After being on hold forever with customer service I finelly hung up.
My helmet was broken when it got to me, the button on top of it to slide the sun visor down fell on the floor, it doesn't seem to want to stay on, I looked up the return policy online, and didn't understand it, tried to call customer service, I guess I'm just screwed!

I received my order, it was the wrong size and damaged. I requested a RMA and had one email but have not received satisfaction as yet. All I want is the right shield. There was no other option to respond but these so that is why I rated so low.

Awesome company and awesome prices on gear so far... I bought my Shoei RF-1100, got it home and loved it... My wife was so impressed with the Shoei quality, we turned right around and purchased her the same Shoei different design...just a few days apart. My son tried my helmet and thanks to the awesome pricing you offered he pulled the trigger on the RF-1200!

My first order was discontinued however I received an email to call cust service and the representative was very helpful and I had the option to change it with her and I received my order just in time. I would recommend this company to anyone. :)

Because I was shipping to an address that was different from my billing address the company called me to make sure that I did in fact place the order and the address was correct. That has never happened before; what wonderful customer service!

Would have preferred to purchase Gearne SG 10 in size 11 but they were not available...and the GX1 boots I received are going to be returned as soon as I get an return authorization...they are very nice...but too tight in the toe box area...need a larger size...

Was looking for reasonably priced apparel to ride with my son. Didn't want to pay a lot. Was very happy to find motorcycle closeouts. Found exactly what I was looking for, prices were very competitive and delivery was quick. I saved quite a lot using motorcycle closeouts.

I bought a coat and gloves. Very good quality and inexpensive! Will buy from them again.
