I received a product ordered that didn't work with my TV. I asked for a refund and there was no problems. They even told me not to send the product back, they would just refund me back on my credit card. Their response was very quick also. Thank you for showing fantastic customer service!

I've order many products and have only been a member for about 2 months. I've only had 1 issue which was my fault. My phone froze and accidentally ordered 2 marc newyork hoodies sweaters. (Which are amazing) Jonathan (Mercatalyst) was very friendly and professional. I thought the sweater went missing after I sent it back with my mail carrier. But I was able to get my money refunded. So pleased with everything so far and no complaints.

I just wanted to let you know, that even though it took a couple of weeks to get a response, perhaps technology or COVID19, I was finally able to get an answer and refund to the product I had not received. Megan was a wonderfully friendly and knowledgeable person. Out if 4 purchases one didn't make it and they had no problem issuing a refund.

Everything I've received from you I have loved. When I received the last item it didn't work. When I notified customer service they immediately refunded my money and told me there was no need to return item. Now that's great service! I would recommend MorningSave to everyone!

Been shopping here for many years never had an issue with any of the products up until this point. I contacted customer service and they were very quick and decisive with her decisions on refunding the purchase price. The best thing about it is I did not have to return the product so I did not have to hassle with going to the post office and repackaging everything. Jackie you were amazing thank you for your quick response to my needs.
