I ordered a Plantronics 3200 head set and received a Knock off. I would not recommend this company to anyone.The product advertised was not what I recieved.
I bought a lego set at MoonyBlue- customer experience was totally bad. Lego set came in a transparent plastic bag with A4 paper printed instruction! WTF? I got it in 29 days after payment. Got no email confirmation and no other info about the parces whatsoever. FAKE stuff underground shop.
I ordered 4 plantronics blue tooths from them. I waited 3 weeks before I contacted them.
They told me there was a bug in the system for the reason my order did not get shipped.
They told me as soon as it shipped they would contact me. 1 week later still no contact.
I emailed them back to ask for a refund since they never sent me anything and received no
Response. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM MOONYBLUE (THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY)
