Moons Light Magic

I paid $14 for shipping and took a month to receive the items ordered. I am in the US as is this company so I'm not sure why shipping took so long. Items are tiny nothing like I've ever imagined. I am disappointed and will not shop with them again.

I love moon's light magic. I never had a problem with them and whenever I had a question they were always quick to respond to e-mails that I sent. If you did indeed send "27 e-mails" i am sure you would have blown up their e-mail box or just responded back to you to shut you up. They have a beautiful new store they just opened and perhaps you DID get your package but because you didn't get within 5 minutes of ordering you have to complain and make a wonderful company look bad.

I love how the product is affordable and the quality is good (high john the conquer was a really good size compared to other stores) but the customer service is non-existent. It took 5 months to get everything that i ordered. First few months i contacted them 5 times asking the status of the order and got no reply so i filed a refund via paypal and finally got a reply reply from them in 2 days. Told me they are backed up due to covid which is understandable so i decided to wait. Total of 5 months just to get my order. I would shop there again if they had better customer service.

Do NOT buy from Moon's Light Magic! They're Horrible! - This is the worst company I have ever dealt with! NEVER purchase anything from this company! They have NO customer service! I called and e-mailed over 27 times and NO ONE has contacted me back! They were supposed to send me a package that NEVER CAME because they did not label it properly! They did not reimburse me or give me any kind of compensation whatsoever! They are not a company that is worth buying from! I tried to be nice and purchase from them because they are a small business, and I wanted to contribute, but it was NOT worth it by a long shot!
