I purchased Eden Hoops in Sterling Silver back in November 2023. My order was delivered to Poland in 5 days. I am wearing my Earrings without taking off and they are still shining like new which makes me feel really confident in gems and materials Moon Magic are using for their jewelry.

I love getting my new ring or necklace in the mail. It is always packaged very beautifully also. Putting my jewelry on from Moon Magic always makes me feel special. I can't help but stare at my ring often throughout my day. The moonstones are my favorite.

They wanted to take care of it quickly and were very polite.

The jade gold necklace looked so beautiful online. For the price, I expected good gold plated quality. Upon receipt, the quality of the chain looked very cheap. I have never worn it and kept it in the box to preserve it. To my surprise, I open it 2 months later and see that the chain has gone copper. For paying $170 USD, I feel misled and taken advantage of. I usually don't leave negative reviews. Authenticity and quality brings returned customers. I wish that the quality would reflect the cost. Very disappointed.

I ordered a ring from MoonMagic that ended up being too big. I contacted customer service to exchange it for a smaller size. I did have to post the first one back to the US (didn't realised even though tried to do research first, that they are based in US) and then the replacement ring was arranged. I had to pay for the postage to send first one back and had to pay duty/customs for new one (this was covered on original purchase).

I bought a moonstone 18K gold plated bracelet for my sister for her birthday (same one I have and it's gorgeous!). When she first wore it, a piece broke off the end of the bracelet unexpectedly. I told the company about this and they immediately shipped me a new one free of charge. So thankful my sister will have a matching bracelet with me now.

I bought the archer ring which I added to my ring stack along with other brands. I take my rings off for cleaning, bathing, work, etc. All of my other gold vermeil rings have maintained their colour, but the one from moon magic had completely faded in a month! It's completely silver now, there's no more colour to it. Surely if it was due to improper care my other rings would have had the same issue. I couldn't believe how quickly it faded!

They told me because I contacted them outside of the 30 day returns exchange period, and colour fading is normal wear and tear (even though it only lasted a month)
They offered me 50% off another purchase.

Why would I want to purchase another piece of jewellery from overseas that took longer to come than the colour lasted?

I ordered my numerology report and I'm really surprised, that's 100% me 💯. The report gave me a clear picture of my strengths and weaknesses and encouraged me in my plans 🤩. All the crystals on the jewellery I've purchased are great quality and gorgeous colours. Their gold vermeil plating is the most durable gold plating I've had and they're the only brand I buy my jewellery from now.

I received a necklace chain with my three piece ring mystery bundle, I got to keep the chain and they sent out the missing ring for free.

The stone in my necklace snapped in half after a couple of months and they refused to replace it, said it was my fault (how could i snap a tiny stone in half in my necklace! Then the middle stone in my bracelet turned yellow and they said "thats just what opals do if they get wet" and the stone FELL OUT of my ring - again my fault wouldnt replace. Lovely looking jewellery but terrible terrible quality! I will NOT buy again!
