Seriously obsessed! My first ring from Moon Magic was Moonstone Flourish, and I just recently tried their new floating design, the invisible band gives it this cool, magical vibe. Beautiful craftsmanship and the energy of these stones is simply amazing!

Purchased a lovely ring - "rose gold" rubbed away within 3 months of normal wear. When I messaged about this, they said it was normal wear and tear and outside of their return window so nothing to be done. Very disappointed and will never shop these products again. I would expect $20 for these rings, not $120.

After I threatened to bring the matter of my very tarnished ring to the BBB and/or file a chargeback with my credit card, the company finally responded and said they would send me a new ring. The ring I received was much, much nicer than the original that I received. Not only was it the right colour (and not tarnished to a very dark brown), but the stone was also much shinier and cleaner. I am a lot happier with the new ring. However, I would still not recommend this company to anyone. Their quality control is clearly lacking and their customer service could use some work. You could buy better quality costume jewellery at a fraction of the price too. I shouldn't have to threaten a chargeback for them to replace a defective and unwearable ring. I am still blocked from all their social media because I posted my displeasure on it (the comment was also removed or hidden).

The worst customer service I have ever received from a company. When I ordered a set of rings and they arrived, they weren't as beautiful as the images but I was fairly satisfied. However after just 3-4 wears, one of the rings turned completely brown. The other ring was fine and made of the same material, so I assumed either their quality control was lacking or the very tarnished ring was defective. When I contacted the company, they stated it was over the 30 day return window. They offered 50% off a new ring, which I rejected because I didn't want to pay around $60+ to replace the defective ring. After this, the company refused to do anything about the issue and offer a replacement/refund. I even offered to resend the very tarnished ring. For something that is pricier but the quality of costume jewellery (or worse!) I am very displeased. I will be filing a chargeback with my credit card and a case with the BBB. Many people have issues with this company and I will tell anyone I can not to do business with them. Very shady, unprofessional company.

I paid extra for 2 day shipping. Originally it was suppose to arrive on the 16th, it didn't arrive until the 23rd. By coincidence, my partner purchased from Moon Magic the same night I placed my order (for our anniversary) her package arrived the next day and she didn't pay extra for shipping. I reached out on the 19th asking for some assistance on the whereabouts of my package. Customer support replies by email the tracking number in which I already had access to, that was my reply back to customer support. After waiting more than 24 hours for a response on the 21st I emailed customer support to begin the process for a return, to no avail. On the 23rd, I emailed customer support again to start the process of returning the 4 rings. I had to pay for shipping to send back the unwanted items. It is the 27th and I am still waiting for a response to see if I will actually be refunded.

I purchase the bundle of Nymph ring and Sovereign band. Gorgeous set! I didn't know moonstone in person and it looks like a relative of opal, gorgeous stone! I'm super happy with my purchase, and even with the wait, it worth it, it took about a month since I made my purchase to finally get the right size with me.
First I ordered size 5 and I'm 5.5, sadly it was too small, so I had to return them and wait another 2 weeks to get them back here in Canada. They exchange them with no hassles at all, super quick response and amazing customer service. Be aware you need to pay your shipping back to them and they will send them to you for free again.

SIZING: If you're in between sizes go up, at least in my case, there was no way I could wear size 5, size 6 it's a tiny bit loose, but nothing that breaks the deal. They won't come off.

The bad: the same risk purchasing anything to wear on internet, it may fit it may not. Just be aware you need to pay the shipping to them, they send back to you for free even when it's a exchange. And yes, waiting times, specially if you're not in the States, they send through DHL, but customs and processing is not up to Moonmagic. Just be realistic and patient, trust me it worth it. I love my pieces and I will purchase again soon.

The good! They worth it, they're very well made, beautiful designs, classy and NOT look cheap at all. They drag attention because they're very pretty.
Great customer service, they answered back very quickly, no hassles at all!

I will add some pieces in the future.

Area of opportunity for Moonmagic: Half sizes, that would be ideal.

My moonstone looks fake! It looks like a crystal that has been painted on by a sheer blue nail polish. I am so upset! They wont give you your money back but If they do its only 20 percent. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I AM A REAL CUSTOMER, MAKING A REAL REVIEW. WE SHOULD MAKE A YELP SO THEY CAN NOT DELETE YOUR REVIEW ON THEIR WEBSITE. MY RING WAS 62 DOLLARS

A month ago I have purchased "Moonstone Ring - Harlow" as a surprise gift for a very special friend of mine. The ring was beautiful and it looked very similar to the images online. Unfortunately, the ring size was a little too small. So I reached out to customer service, and Anna from their team reached out to me to assist me with my exchange. I have been working in the customer service industry for over 14 years, and I have to say Anna was nothing less than AMAZING! She was very prompt with my emails and made sure that I had all the information that I need in order to make the exchange quickly and without any hassle. After about two weeks of me shipping the original ring back, I received my exchange, and it even looked more beautiful than the original one. My friend loves it, and I am beyond pleased with the assistance that I have received. Because of representatives like Anna, I will definitely be back to purchase more items from this website. I was super excited to see my moon magic package had arrived today. I ordered a raw aquamarine ring, an opal ring with 3 small opal stones, and a square cut moonstone ring. I was the most excited for the raw aquamarine ring. I was less than thrilled when I saw it however. It doesn't look raw, it has a smooth feel to it like it could have been tumbled. It doesn't even look real, it looks man made. My guess is that it was made with some sort of resin or something into a mold? On closer inspection of the ring I saw an air bubble in the stone. So I'm pretty mad honestly, I'm contacting the company to see if I can get my money back and send the rings back because after a guarantee that all gemstones are genuine real stones on the website they sent me a fake stone... for $60.00 soooo yeah. I'm not sure about the moonstone, that does look real to me. However the opal stones do not, I have seen plenty of real opal and plenty of fake opal and it looks off. I'm hoping that I can return these and get my money back, or get some reasonable explanation for why my aquamarine stone has an air bubble? But I don't know how else you would get a bubble inside of a rock

Unfortunately as much as I love my ring for it's significance I have to say it does not wear well. My husband purchased this as my engagement ring after I picked it out in March 2019 and now December 2020 the Opal is so yellow and doesn't reflect the light like it once used to. So I'm not sure this ring is meant for everyday wear as advertised and I rarely even wear it anymore and haven't constantly for months. I don't shower with it on or let it get wet besides to clean it following the only cleaning instructions that were on the website back when I first got it, there are now instructions to not get the opal wet on the product website. The FAQ page cleaning instructions that I followed do not say this and don't mention anything about opal cleaning instructions. The diamonds are still beautiful (but have heard they lie about them being real diamonds so do your review), but unfortunately my husband is already talking about buying me an update not even two years later of inconstant wear because of how much the opal has changed to be so dull and yellow. I didn't want a traditional diamond ring and loved the opal and I'm really sad this didn't work. My band is from Noemie and is still so beautiful and sparkly so I'll probably just upgrade that instead.
This is the Soulmate ring which is one of their higher priced products.

I'm posting this here because they don't allow reviews on their FaceBook and it looks like they censor reviews on their website. Also it would not let me post pictures on their website. Very sketchy

Ordered earings, took 10 weeks, there was gum in the package not earrings. When complained they actually dared to tell me that they had no clue... cheaters and liars!

Bought a necklace in memory of my mother. Spent days going back and forth beetween what company to buy from. I chose moon magic. I ordered the "14k" November birthstone necklace. When I received it the chain was diffrent then the one online. I sent a message and got told they had the wrong picture online... and sorry for the confusion they offered me 20% back. I said no thats not okay. As a company its up to them to be honest about their product. They then blamed it on the supplier and offered me 60% back... which I will get in 30 days. Still dosnt fix the problem. The same photo is on the site. And the description of the chain is still the same picture. So instead of being honest about their product they place the blame else where. Very unfair. I've never delt with a company that lies about their product to save money.
Don't order from this company.

Don't buy. It's not as shown on the website and they will not hold them selves accountable. Instead you will be at fault and when you call them out on it they will then blame someone else.

If MOONMAGIC is really genuine- then I'm deeply sorry that someone in their team is STEALING and SWAPPING their genuine products for fake ones but I AM NOT going to allow myself to be CHEATED. I am extremely disappointed with the quality. This is all plastic- epoxy at its best. And the metal is RUSTY. How is this good vermile and how on earth are these gems. Most of all- HOW DID THIS COST ME 146 euros + 45 euros tax that's practically 200 euros for PLASTIC?!

I HAVE A NICKEL ALLERGY and you lot said you offer GENUINE PRODUCTS. So kindly let me SEE THEM.!

I purchased the moonstone supernal necklace for my girlfriend 6 months ago. While sitting in bed it simply falls out of the necklace without warning. There is nothing bent or broken by warranty it's a defective item and should be replaced. Moon magic instead denies responsibility saying it's natural wear and tear. If you don't want the companies self admitted cheap jewelry don't buy moon magic as it will magically fall apart and they will just claim it's because their products are cheap or imply it's the paying customers fault for damaging the product they paid for. They won't even ask for pictures to show who is really at fault. This really does show moon magic doesn't care about customers or honoring their warranty but only for your money. They've also removed their contact phone number so they don't have to hear from you. Don't buy moon magic if you don't want to waste your money and have a quality product to show for it that will actually stand the test of time because you won't find it with moon magic and they don't care as long as you pay up!

I purchased one of their necklaces as a gift for my girlfriend.
I have to say the necklace is nowhere near the quality Moon Magic made us expect.

I am not a jewlery person. However, I am an avid watch collector focusing on the restoration of vintage pieces.
I can proudly say through years of handling watches, I gained quite some knowledge on precious metals.

The silver necklace itself is of low quality.
The surface finishing is not uniform on areas where it clearly should be.
The clasp does not use enough silver on a few pressure points, which adds to the poor quality overall.

Also the Moonstone, which is the main gem; is not as clear and transparent as the pictures they showed.
Considering the value of a moonstone is largely decided by those two aspects, all I can say is that they used a top quality stone for the presentation piece, and a worse stone for the actual product.

Some say Moon Magic is a scam. I don't think so.
They used real silver, and the Moonstone; apart from the quality is genuine.
However, they seem to lack the kind of craftsmanship required. And only see their jewelry as just a source of profit.

Moon Magic has exceeded my expectations in all ways! I ordered the Moon Shell Necklace in Silver, Flora Necklace in Gold then the Gloss Necklace in Rose gold (fell in love with these products as soon as I saw them). When I received my oder, I noticed that there was a slight defect, so I emailed customer service right away - I explained my problem and provided pictures. They were super quick to respond and their customer service was exceptional! I had the pleasure of talking to Marijana, who was very friendly and understanding. Within moments of our emails, she rectified my order. I received my package and I am MORE than happy with my products! It is refreshing to speak to a company that values their customers. :) P.s. I think it is super great that they plant 1 tree for each piece of jewelry sold (good to know my purchase made a difference) :)

They're legitimate and you get exactly what you order! I am very happy purchasing from them and I would definitely do it again for personal or gift shopping! :)

Ordered a ring, now 2 of them. It came fast and its very very beautiful! The customer service is beyond amazing as well! Very happy customer here and highly recommend this pretty jewelry!

Tip for consumers:
I'm a new buyer so I hadn't done much yet. The best for me was the fast delivery and the customer service. The shipping did catch me off guard however. After I placed my order it was tracked until a certain point, was told to urgently send shipping $ to have the package cross the line. It wasn't expected but its okay, was about 30 for shipping. My ring also came damaged but with the great customer service they cleared that up VERY promptly. I'm very happy with my purchase! Thank you all!

7 days and 27 emails later and nothing is resolved and they have terrible communication with multiple typos. I've never been so frustrated with a customer service rep before. Offers me 50% off for a new ring in my price range of $100 and it can't be anything on sale. EVERYTHING IN MY PRICE RANGE WAS ON SALE! Then I brought this up to them and she told me I could use it on sale items THEN I send her a ring I liked THEN she tells me she messed up and you CAN'T
