Monza is quick, simple and cheap. Just yesterday we returned the car after 2 weeks of holidays in Crete. Very good communication, we received the up grade to automatic transmission, new car, no deposit, full insurance, free baby seat. Thank you for the great service!

Booked a car from this company months ago and contact them the day before my flight just to confirm everything. I was asked to pay cash because if I pay with card will be taxes charges, I was told. On the day of my arrival in Rhodes, I was waiting for over 1 hour with my family in the heat and no one shows to deliver the car. I contact then, only to be told that the car I have booked is not available and there are no other cars. How disappointed. Not even bothered to call us. Void this scam company

Quite a disappointing experience
On the spot, I was asked for more money than stated in the reservation confirmation email. The staff on the sport was ignorant and not helpful. It took him 40 minutes to give me the keys. On my argument for the money misleading information, he simply said I could go to another rental agency (having my reservation for 3 months in advance). The customer service contact center is of no help (perhaps if you speak Greek, things might be different. Not sure if they were incompetent or just didn't know English).
They tried to give me a different car from what I requested which was absolutely no fit for our reservation.
The car itself was in terrible condition. Lucky enough to have endured the whole 7 days trip. Worst wreckage I've driven ever (not to mention paying to drive one).
The whole experience was quite bad, especially compared to other rental companies in Crete. I would never use their services again. As their main selling point is being cheaper than the rest but with paying extra money on the spot this isn't an argument anymore. Other companies ask for documents in advance to have a smooth process of renting the car, welcome you at the airport, have better cars, and much better customer experience.

Bringing the car back, they looked around the car and like we knew everything perfect, you can go inside... For the papers... And then they scratch the car and call you back... They are with 4 and say. Ooooo we find something, a brand new scratch with the paint still open and Don by a key on purpose, you don't have a insurance so we charge you 320€of your visa!, and everything was OK when we arrived. Such a fully game to steel your money... And they know that you have to catch your plane, so they win their game. Thief's, in big words!

Had rented at 7 seats car in 1/2 a year ago. We were supposed to be picked up in Rhodos airport. We had written the airplan number on the reservation as well at the time of arrival. But dye to renovations at Rhodos airport the plane was 1 hour delayed. And the baggage reclaim took about 1 hour. So when we came out of the airport there was no shuttle pick up. We had help to contact the car rental in the airport. But Monza claimed that we had made no show? Bit they could see that the plane had not landed at the expected time of arrival. But the would not come at pick us up and said the car had been rented out to some one else. So don't use this car rental ever

Hired us a total heap of junk it looked liked a builders van inside. Kept jumping out of first gear and the gear stick knob fell off. It crunched at every gear change - wouldn't go uphill in anymore than second gear. When we came to return the vehicle they were not interested in our complaints - only in checking the bodywork - he would've been lucky to find a panel without a dent in! Fuel should've been 1/4 of a rank the fuel light came on 3 miles out of the airport. Total rip off avoid at all costs

One star is too much.
They *WILL* steal your money right in front of your face.
I tried to rent a car in person, yet the car they gave me was manual so I asked them for automatic. They told me that they didn't have so I asked them to cancel my contract.
They told me that they will cancel the charge on my credit card right in my face and they have not done it so.
The clerk told me that since it was Friday, the cancellation will happen on following Monday. (Yes, I was really stupid to believe what they told me but I was in hurry.)
