Monotiques

I order clothes on Black Friday, they didn't ship my jeans and shut down their site and Instagram. From everyone else's review apparently they don't respond to emails either and I just send one. This is BS.

I ordered 10 pair of jeans on Black Friday and never received notification that my items had been shipped out. I sent out an email an received no response. I went into the website today to try to check the status of my order only to find that they've shut down their Shopify store and Instagram! These people are crooks!

I ordered jeans on Cyber Monday 2018 I have yet to receive an email that my order has shipped. I have emailed customer service several times and I have yet to receive a response. This was my first time ordering with them... It won't happen again. My cc has bee charged but I still have no merchandise. There isn't a phone number listed so you can only email. I even sent a message on IG... no response.

I ordered from here twice in the past and love there jeans but I just ordered three pairs for black friday deal and haven't gotten my money!, a response to my email and their website is shut down! If you are dealing with the same issue write a bbb report and they will go after them.

I have also ordered from them in November and its been 3 weeks no tracking number and no package and i also went on the website and it looks taken down, but they had no problem taking my money. I reported them to Better Business Bureau.

I placed an order for 9 pair of jeans on November 30th and there has been no tracking activity as of yet. I first heard about "Monotiques" from a "YouTube" channel. I've sent multiple, multiple emails in the last 2 days in regards of this issue and still now response. Am I being scammed? Or is this just some kind of delay. Items or money back please

I placed a complaint with BBB because I ordered and never got my package or any response after 3 emails. Anyone else dealing with this issue should do the same. Today I searched for the website and their Instagram and both have disappeared. Hopefully something can be resolved because I never got my $ back!

I have ordered from them before and everything was perfect. So I decided to order for CyberMonday now today I went on their website and I see they shut it down so basically these scamming people took our money knowing that they won't ever going to send our items! If you know you can't handle Black Friday and CyberMonday sales then why do it. I gotta get my money back either way!

Same problem as everyone else I ordered $100 worth of jeans and haven't received ish. I wrote shopify the domain were they setup their shop. They couldn't tell me whether they shut down their shop or temporarily disabled it they told me to file a claim with my bank and I did! I suggest everyone to do the same. I also filed a claim with BBB.

I am so disappointed. My first order with this company because of youtuber reviews. No word from them despite many attempts to contact. They could have at least reach out to the customers to follow on any delays. Wow... in all my years of ordering online this is the first time my money is literally stolen. I hope youtubers who publicize this company come forward to assist in this situation by at least putting the word out.

I ordered from monotique 14 days ago and I have yet to receive an email confirming that my items have been shipped. I ordered b4 black Friday un order to avoid a delay and items havent been shipped yet that's ridiculous! My emails also haven't been responded. I've reported them to the Better Business Bureau

I have written to customer service twice and received no response. I haven't received an email that my order shipped even though it says orders ship within 2-5 days. Ridiculous. I should have researched more about the company. Bought based on Youtube reviews because I was tired of Fashion Nova's poor customer service. This is probably worse.

I have ordered from them and I honestly loved their jeans. The fit was AMAZING. I decided to place another order for Cyber Monday and I never received tracking number. I saw a lot of people commenting on their Instagram page and today they shut down the IG page and their store website. I am confused if they scammed all of us or why would they shut down their IG page as well as store page.
