Money Network is the Worst Card I've ever had. Horrible Customer Service. EDD switched to Money Network from Bank of America. You can't withdraw more than $800 a day. Yhey won't let me transfer Funds to my bank. They don't give you Routing Numbers or Account Numbers needed to make Online payments to my Auto Finance Company or any other Credit Card that require this information. They leave you on Hold forever. EDD needs to go back to Bank of America.
Terrible banking system/app whatever tf you wanna call it, never and i mean never use this pre paid program garbage bull$#*! it'll save you 1000 headaches bank with an actual bank and not this pos company i hope the ceo chokes on his own $#*! and all the foreign employees lose there $#*!ty jobs everyone who is involved with this company is a disgrace to humanity.
My charges disputes are not properly handled! Horrible customer service! They don't protect their customers in moments where disputes are filed!
Unlike other banks like BOA,WF and CAPITAL ONE they got your back: At least in fairness sake!
Money Network is one of the worst card companies I've ever experienced dealing with. The app doesn't work about half the time, their website works only a bit more than the app, and nobody I spoke to in customer service could help me access my pay. Money Network could not get my payroll card attached to my name so that I could access my hard earned pay. Interacting with incompetent uneducated employees and managers is a terrible desolate feeling.
Money Network is part of the reason why I quit that job. It's extra stress I don't need.
The Money network app doesn't work ive tryed to log on almost every day in the last month and only been able to log on once. Customer service doesn't answer questions and doesn't have answers.
This is by far the worst prepaid card service I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is incompetent and no nothing about the services they provide. Wait times are incredibly long, online services are delayed and app doesn't work. EDD made a decision when selecting this prepaid card service.
THIS IS THE WORST APP I HAVE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE TO BE FORCED TO USE! It is a rare occasion that you are able to actually ever be able to sign in. Then if you are lucky enough to succeed there are no options to do anything with YOUR MONET. You can not transfer it anywhere. The onky thing you can hope for with this awful app is maybe see a correct balance and even that is hit or miss! I would never willinglily use this app and i am extremely curious how they landed a vontract with the State of Califirnia to handke the EDD payments! Thanks for making an already difficult situation that much harder! GREAT JOB!
This app won't let me sign into it. It tells me invalid username or password. That can't be. I know what I used and even saved it to Google passwords. It says to change username enter card # and password and then tells me invalid info. Then to change the password it says enter username and card # and then tells me that info is invalid. And when I call to talk to a live person they tell me they can't change anything or reset it even though I have all the info they want. This is what happens, EDD, when you leave a respected bank like Bank of America and go to these fly by night Walmart banks. They say they are working on the problem. Get it together MoneyNetwork!
I tried to get a charge back for unauthorized purchase of 41.00. The form i needed to return with in 10 days, finally arrived on day 9. Money network is a joke. Letters are sent with phone # & extensions that don't exist, customer care has no 'options' if they can't answer a question you'll be put on hold for the rest of the day...there's not many questions they actually have an answer to. Every aspect of how this office handles customer questions,or complaints is so unprofessional. Never again with this company. So I never got my money back, there is no dispute dept. ( oh, they're in the 'back room')one of the customer service girls said!

No smooth functioning with this app. Took 2 days to install. Still can't open. Unable to obtain a verification code. I hate this app!
I have now spent a total of 65 minutes on the phone with the customer "service" representatives for Money Network and cannot even come up with an appropriate word for the lack of consideration or concern with the issue I presented to them. The trained monotone voices with zero interest in the client are beyond unacceptable. Perhaps if someone had systematically and fraudulently stolen their money they would have a slightly different approach.
I wanted to transfer all my funds to my Bank of America account… it was a large amount so at first it all went well transfers over the phone then one day I couldn't make another transfer … I called they said maybe I have to wait a few days because of too many transfers … well he was wrong cuz that didn't help then I called back and they mailed me checks to use checks … checks by the way that I have never seen anything like these before I had to call and confirm the check with the amount so they could give me the transaction number and issuer number so I could write it on the bottom left of the check which means that money was already taken out my account and put into that check… guess what Bank of America didn't know what to do with that bizarre check they have never seen either … so I just gave them my debit card and turns out my bank can take money right out the account with the card something the representatives at money network failed to tell me was an option and would have saved me all this headache to begin with because they have no idea what options you have … then I called to cancel the check and now I have to wait 3 to 5 business days so that the money from the check goes back into my money network account so I can then go to Bank of America and transfer with the debit card.: jumping through hoops to get my money out is not the word … worst bank I have ever seen complete headache and just stressing me out all this month trying to get my money out … zero stars if you ask me
My money network card was hacked and used at an ATM which I don't understand because I've had the card in my possession at all times, I reported it, they sent a new card but somehow the new card stayed linked to the cancelled card. There is major corruption going on with that company, we think they're selling duplicate cards. They are giving me the runaround but they don't know who they messed with, I'll get to the bottom of this mess. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

There is no chip on this card
We're in a digital world this card is useless
And very inconvenient
And I believe the company does this on purpose so they can charge you a fee to do a money transfer and then after paying for the transfer you have to wait for 1-3 days for that transfer to be complete and then they make you set up a password on there app " which is useless " why do you need a password because you always have to get verified after you put your password in!

This is the worst financial institution I ever dealt with very unprofessional. If you have a fraud claim be prepared to jump through many hoops and nothing hardly gets done. Little advice if you are going to receive a government refund do not choose a prepaid card from this institution I had a fraudulent charge and it's been 90 days and I still have not gotten my money back. Please beware of this company

My son suffered a stroke and his memory is not great he just wanted to know how much was on his card and to change his pin, but the question they asked him when did he go to Sheetz and he got the dates wrong they said we cannot give you any information at all because you gave wrong answer he goes to Sheetz 3 times week you jerks because he can walk there
I've been waiting for a card from them and still haven't received it. Was told they have to issue me another one and I'd have to wait 7-10 days. These third party people don't care about others. And they don't care about people getting put on the streets because they can't pay there bills.

They deactivated my daughters card when she asked them not to so no thanksgiving this year they don't deserve a good rating or nothing liar's
Answer: It is a scam. No matter how much information you give about yourself they still will lie to you and send you a dispute sayin your claim is closed
Answer: My employer chose to deposit my pay check to this card, because she did not get a hold of my direct deposit info in time.
Answer: There is no getting in contact with customer service. On their website they state that they have 24/7 customer service, but I have yet to experience the validity of that statement.
