I had an emergency come up and I called money key to discuss my loan options. Automatically Mireya had a solution and in less than 20 mins my problem was solved and it took all the anxiety away that I had!
I opened a loan in October of 2015. I was out of work for two months due to surgery but I still made my loan payments during that time. Now that I am back to work I am behind on all of my other bills due to the payments I were making to Money Key. No matter how hard I try I cant get back on track. Its nearly impossible. To date I have paid money key 2168 on a $825 loan and now I owe $872.25 more than the original amount I borrowed. I did speak to a couple agents and their response was to refinance the loan and have the amount declined through my checking account and pay insufficient funds fees along with their fees. Basically bounce a check. I'm going to have to figure out who to report this to get results maybe congress person or BBB

Mireya had great customer service skills. I was in a big hurry and she was very patient with me. She never lost her cool. I have been in customer service for over 20 years and have dealt with customer service personally. Not proud to say but customer service these days suck. So my hat goes off to Mireya. Awesome job!
I called MoneyKey to payoff existing loan and was transferred to David to assist me in applying for a new loan. David was very patient and professional while putting together the application, and waiting for me to complete and submit the form.
It was quick and easy to get answer about my account and easy to access my payments online. Irene was able to help me quick and easy. Sent link to my email had me fill it out and returned my phone call within minutes after receiving it.
Please take my word for it... unless you plan on paying it back the first month in total... DO NOT BORROW FROM MONEY KEY. They are blatant liars and deliberately misrepresent themselves. The numbers don't add up after they give you false information to lull you into agreeing to the offer. I wished I had researched reviews of this company before using them.
