I I began to file on line and signed up to do an online chat, but that was too busy. It was suggested that I I try phoning. I did so and was told I could ask to be called back, and I was the next in line. I was promptly called back and the customer service representative was very clear on the amount I was eligible to borrow and the terms. I was referred to my email to complete the application. The representative stayed on the phone with me in case I had any problems with the loan forms. It made the process much more comfortable.
She is very good at the the job and i wish that she will always do the same with others. Very helpful on the what she is doing. For the person that she is working at the time telling what is going on. The experience her was greet.
I was to receive a small loan from money key the gentleman I talked to on Friday said you were approved and I was sent an email stating that got everything was fine until Saturday afternoon when I had an email sent to me that said my phone number was incorrect I had to contact them to correct it. As it being Saturday afternoon of course the bank was closed and at point I had thought I was done. I needed the money in my account by monday. I was stranded and was my only hope at that point. I was very upset and didn't know what to do. Luckley they where open on Sunday and got a person in customer service by the name of Brittany. She was helping me all she could to make this happen. I give her a 5. The other guy a 1.
All I can say at this point is a hope everything goes well and I can get home tomorrow. Wish me luck!

I was in a short term jam and needed $400 to get me through a difficult period. Moneykey staff were incredibly friendly and informative and provided me with the funding I needed. In addition, their explanation as to how the fees worked was comprehensive and I also appreciated the flexibility of their paydown schedule. Ofcourse I wish the cost was less but I know from experience that these are not inexpensive loans but they are still most helpful when I'm in an urgent situation. Thank you Moneykey. The process is easy and quick. The rep, Tashi, guided me through the process of verifying that the final payment to Money Key cleared. It was a long process with my bank. She was very patient and stayed on the like with me until it was completed.

Komal, the representative that I spoke to far exceeded any expectation that I may have had as it relates to receiving good customer service. She was extremely patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. She allowed me to ask any question that I may have had and was patient in explaining how the process works. So i needed this loan because i was in a tough situation. At first it said i was good for a line of credit for $600 but then it went down to $350. No biggie because i needed it. The first time i talked to someone they were completely a turn off and i wanted to just scream then i had the pleasure of talking to Harpreet Kaur, she was the best. She explained everything in detail. And she just actually seemed like she was trying to help and that to me being in the service industry made me feel more welcome. I know when it comes to lenders and borrowers that it can be like pulling teeth, but she made my experience feel worthwhile and that to me actually made me want to engage and continue business with moneykey. This is my experience i just hope that they read this and at least get more people like her so some of the bad reviews that i did read could go away.
