I am a very environementally concious person and knew I didn't want a diamond. When I reasearched diamond alternatives I found mossainte. We wanted a custom made ring so we thought of ordering the moissanite stone first and getting a jeweler to create a ring with it. Upon meeting with the jeweler and explaining what we wanted, he told us that moissanites are too flashy and won't look elegant. I went home disappointed, but continued to do my research. I read tons of great reviews on moissaniteco and watched countless of youtube videos. I looked through the moissaniteco website and found exactly the ring I was looking for. We ordered the ring and within a couple of days it was delievered. I was so nervous opening it. However, after doing so and seeing the ring, both my bf and I were floored. It was even prettier than we had imagined and the jeweler was so wrong, it was stunning! Any questions we had, Chris responded right away. We are thrilled with our purchase with moissaniteco and highly reccomend this enviromentally friendly way to acquire beautiful jewelry!

Moissaniteco has a large selection of styles at great prices. I contacted customer service and Chris was able to answer all my questions fairly quickly and clearly. In the end, I got a customized ring with an Amora Gem center stone and loose diamond side stones. The ring is beautiful!

Amora Gems are in my opinion better than diamonds in many ways and cost way less. I was able to get a beautiful ring and pay for our whole engagement trip for the same amount of money that it would have cost for a similar diamond ring. My fiancee loves her ring and gets a lot of compliments. People are amazed how beautiful and sparkly the Amora Gem is. One of her co-workers even wants to get the exact same ring! People think I must have spent a small fortune on this, but i always tell them the truth. I want to free people from this ingrained notion that if you want a "forever" engagement ring, it has to be a diamond ring and you have to spend a lot of money. That's just what the diamond cartel wants you to think. And they are laughing all the way to the bank.

The only complaint I have is that the ring comes in a rather cheap looking box. I didn't want to present such a beautiful ring in such a plain ugly box. So i proposed without a box. I was able to go on Ebay and purchase a nice jewelry box for 40 dollars, but it could not be delivered in time for the proposal. It would have been nice if Moissaniteco just provided a better box, or gave an option to upgrade the box. In my opinion, it makes the ring look cheap to put it in a cheap box. People are paying thousands of dollars for the ring, what's another 40 dollars to present it in a nice box? I see no reason to cheap out on the box, and would have happily paid for a better box.

Overall, my experience with Moissaniteco was excellent and I will be purchasing our wedding bands from them.

Best decision I have ever made...period. The money I paid and the product I received is out of this world. I wanted something grand but couldn't afford the "real" diamond ring that I wanted to get so I found this site. The owner helped me with the process, which by the way is 100x faster than the jewelry store for something custom, and helped me ship it to where I was going to propose in NYC straight to the hotel. My fiance loves this ring better than any ring she has seen and the sparkle is on par, if not better, than the Tiffany rings we saw on 5th avenue during our trip. We even had it cleaned at a jewelry store and they quoted it for 25,000 when I paid under 2k. The hardness sensor they used even said it was a real diamond. No one knows! Not even that but she doesnt even care its a real diamond or not, she likes it better because its actually rarer than a diamond, which arent rare at all and are possible blood diamonds which I did not at all want my money going to. I inquired with Moissanite & Co regarding a custom ring I wanted made. They were extremely responsive and always quick to answer any questions I had. Their prices are very good and their selection in the website is wonderful. Ultimately I decided to order a loose stone and have it set in a setting from a local jeweler. The stone arrived when promised and was beautiful. Now that it is set in the setting and I am wearing the ring every day ( :)) , the stone doesn't look as white as I was expecting for it being an Amora moissanite. It's bright white 60% of the time, yellow 20% of the time, green/gray 10%, and steely blue 10% of the time. I've read reviews of many happy customers that say their moissanite is bright white all the time, so I am not sure if it is normal or not. Now that it is set in my ring, I enjoy its moodiness; however, I still wonder if it was worth it to upgrade to the Amora. Overall, I am very happy with the service and product I received from Moissanite & Co.
