Chris in customer service was polite and very quick to respond to my questions. His level of knowledge and curtesy earned a lifetime customer. I received my loose stone in a beautiful display case and the jewelers were awestruck by the beauty of this stone! Morgan Jewelers set the loose stone in a gorgeous Tiffany mount and I got a lifetime service warranty! This way, my lady can take her ring into a jewelry store to be serviced (rhodium plating) same day, just like other girls. She gets the full experience of a store bought ring, and we both get all the added benefits of affordability, durability, and beauty of moissanite. This is the best way I could think to do it, and it came back flawless! Thank you MoissaniteCo!

I love my ring but one of the rings did come with a welp in it that couldn't be fixed. I sent it back and they just cleaned it without any repair or explanation. I ordered another band too which was correct and pretty. I had to contact customer service a few times and they were fast and professional. Other than the warped ring, ivebhad good luck with these products. This is my second wedding band I've reduced from this company.

This ring is beautiful. It came pretty quickly (in the timeframe they predicted) and looked just as good as the pictures. It also fits accurately to the size. It was exactly as expected. If I ever need anything else that this company offers, I will use them in a second.
