We worked with Chris to design my wedding set. I wanted aspects of three different rings to make my dream ring and it turned out splendidly! Made with palladium for zero maintainence and hand engraved in my favorite pattern, it couldn't be more "Me"!
Before I actually decided on what I wanted, I probably had Chris quote me on 6 different designs and he always delivered without complaint! I make it a point to mention this because it has been my experience, with other retailers, that they get annoyed if you keep asking questions and taking thee time without purchasing. After I had decided on the overall design, I passed the reigns to my now fiancé and he worked with Chris on the particulars daily for another month. I love this company and because of our experience with their Custom department, I plan to get all my future jewelry from them.
My wedding set is perfect and exactly what I expected. My husband's wedding band is smaller and less detailed than described with the photo online, but he is still happy with it.
