We ordered my engagement ring back in December. I became so anxious about it that I emailed support and upgraded my shipping to overnight. The entire process was so easy and everyone I contacted was very helpful! The ring was delivered right on time and was stunning. He proposed a month later, I couldn't wait to wear it! The quality is superb, no one knows that it's not a real diamond and I feel so much better knowing that we didn't break the bank. Thanks again!

Product received was nicely packaged and top quality. The website is thorough, extensive, and easy-to-navigate. Unfortunately, my experience with customer service via instant chat was extremely frustrating and unsatisfactory, as the representatives had very little product knowledge and were clearly unable to make any decisions or connect me with someone who could. I resorted to email correspondence and eventually received the answers I needed, but that process took nearly a week. That said, the ability to converse real-time via phone would be a huge improvement. Overall, very pleased, now that the process is complete.

I was excited about design style and sale price of the moissanite wedding band that I ordered for myself. However, when the item arrived, the moissanite stones themselves were MUCH smaller than I imagined and the design of the ring was lost due to the very small scale of the ring. The pictures looked much more promising. My fiance removed the security tag, not understanding the importance of keeping it intact for return purchases. So I found myself with a ring that I don't love and can't return. For the price that was paid and the size of moissanites and overall quality of ring, I feel that I could have ordered a real diamond ring with similar sized stones for the same price.

I was a little nervous buying a moissanite engagement ring because I was unfamiliar with the stone and honestly how it would look. The moissanite stone is gorgeous! It looks just like a diamond and no one short of a jeweler knows the difference. My wife loves her ring and it has alot more sparkle than a typical diamond. The ring has more fire or color under direct light and depending on the light will have a slight hue which is unique and pretty. Overall a great experience shipping took a little over two weeks to recieve the ring, and I plan on buying moissanite again.
