I asked a customer service rep opinions regarding size of stone and various settings. This was very helpful and the person listened to my preferences and seemed to answer honestly by telling me that a double prong setting would not look as nice on a smaller stone.

This is where we first contacted customer Service, Chris, who honestly gave us the best customer service we have ever had. Fast and simple responses and help. We got everything answered and ended sendingthe stone back and having it perfectly mounted in the setting. Quality ofthe product is incredible, the ring is excellent in quality and very high quality craftmanship. Shipping was fast and perfectly packaged.
