After providing Chris with a comp from a competitor, he was able to guide me through the process of creating a custom ring at a very affordable price and I could not be happier with the final product. The 2ct Forever One stone is flawless and sparkles brilliantly. The custom band and setting complement and flatter the center stone perfectly. Best of all, she loves it even more than I do. Great prices, great selection, tremendous customer service, and an incredible custom product! I cannot wait to come back for the wedding band.

I ordered a custom designed ring from MoissaniteCo and the experience was excellent! The price was just right, the custom design process was easy, and the ring was beautiful! The only issue is that in the digital renderings that the designers sent me the metal around the setting looked much thicker than it did in the final product, which meant that the ring's proportions were a different from what I had been expecting. All in all, the whole experience was great with the exception of slightly misleading 3D renderings!

Ordered a custom Engagement ring for my now fiancé on MoissaniteCo.com. The ENG-265 is such a unique and beautiful design that my fiancé immediately fell in love with and now claims it's the ring she "never knew she wanted." The order process was quick and easy, and the whole process of waiting for the ring to be made was easily tracked online, however the updates were not posted in a timely manner. I never received an email notifying me that the ring shipped out, so I wasn't expecting it in the mail. My fiancé was actually home and signed for the package, luckily she didn't open it! Other than that, the Forever One stone is beautiful and my fiancé can't stop marveling over her ring. Arrived after 2.5 weeks from placing order, I only wish there were more of a variety for us to choose our wedding bands!

My experience was fantastic. After researching the company I was confident to place an order. A few days after my order was placed I logged back in on the site in anticipation to check the status. A couple of days before it was to be shipped the status hadn't changed so I used the chat option to speak to customer service. They were very reassuring and confident I would receive my purchase by my desired date. When the ring came in I couldn't have been more pleased. Looking forward to many more purchases with this company.
