Dear Moissanite,
I ordered a wedding ring set and the second day I had it one of the stones fell out. I also noticed that part of the gold wasn't soothed out. I contacted you and the customer service was good. I sent the item back in the nice box it came in (I really liked the box) I also sent the warranty card that I had already registered to my ring. I thought that I would get it back once the ring was fixed. What I got back was an ugly ring box with my ring just clinking around (There was a small ding due to not being secured). I got a ring that the gold was now smooth wear it wasn't (I could tell it wasn't the same ring) The moissanite didn't have the same luster as the first ring and some of the small jewels on the round top part appeared to be shadowed depending on how you look at it. I decided to not complain because I was tired of dealing with issues related to my ring. I felt that for the amount of money I paid it should have come perfect the first time and a quality check should have been done as well. I really think that a quality check wasn't done the second time or I wouldn't have a ring that imperfect. I happen to be the kind of person that if there is an imperfection it bugs me a lot. I how ever am not a difficult person hens the reason I chose not to send the ring back for the second time. I hope this review will be helpful in improving the quality check to make sure the ring is all the way done before sending out. I care more about quality than fast shipping (do the ring right the first time and I'm more likely to shop at your company again). I left a review the first day I got my ring. I loved it and was really sad when I had to send it back and even more sad when the ring that was sent to me wasn't quite as pretty as the first one I had gotten. The Luster of the first one was just gorgeous. The one I have now always appears to be dirty and I feel like I have to clean it all the time (It was really dirty when I got it).

It's extremely difficult to make a regret-free purchase of jewelry without seeing it first in person, especially considering that returns are not nearly as simple as they would be to a local store. MoissaniteCo. Was responsive to inquiries, and I believe the quality of my ring is quite good. I wore another ring with my MoissaniteCo. Ring every day for the first few months. The other ring (stamped as 14 kt gold) became very discolored and lost several stones; my MoissaniteCo. Ring is still fine despite being scraped on stone a few times while hiking. I am a serious comparison shopper; I put a great deal of time and thought into my ring search. MoissaniteCo had the best combination of good price and selection that I could find. It would have been helpful to have more precise measurements about the different areas of ring settings though. Especially since one can't see or try on before buying. I ended up ordering a ring that needs to be resized for my finger because the width of the band is less than the estimate I was given, which made the very thin band too big for the base of my finger, so I will have to pay to have it resized.
