It took over a month to get my order. When I tried to return two of the three items I got this response.
We are so sorry to bring you such a problem.
Currently all the returns will be processed in our warehouse in China.
If you want to return back it may cost more and very inconvenient.
We are really sorry about the inconvenience thus caused and we are trying to improve this.
And we should follow the return policy on our site and we can at most refund $5 to your payment account as compensation while you keep the items.
Or we will issue a full refund to your payment account once we receive your returned package.
You'd better return your order by your local post office because the shipping fee will be lower than other carriers.
Please email us the tracking / sequence number and link after you post your order back.
After seeing a bathing suit on my Facebook feed for a company called Modcurvy, I decided to order two bathing suits. After a long delay the suits arrived. One was sewn misshapen on the top and the other was a completely different item. This one looked nothing like what I ordered and was basically two pieces of cloth sewn badly together. After multiple attempts to return/ refund the items at this point the person/people who are emailing me are playing games. They just keep repeating that they will give me $8 (which after 5 more emails went up to $13) and that is all they can do. I've even told them I will accept the item that I ordered even though it too is sewn badly but I want a full refund of $28 for the item that I paid for but did not receive. Not expecting much from them having already sent them over 20 emails.
From looking at other reviews, it seems that many of us were caught in the same glossy marketing trap - cute bathing suits for curvy women, reasonably priced. I ordered two suits, one fit well and one didn't. When I tried to return the suit that didn't fit (because the description was wrong), I got the bullsh*t emails you see below. Now they've just stopped responding, which means I'm going to (probably) be stuck with a suit that doesn't fit. For all I know, the one that does fit will fall apart after the first wear.
There's not much to be said about these dishonorable scammers, other than ALWAYS check the reviews of a company you've never ordered from before.
Everything looks legit, and they post 5-star reviews all over the place to fool you even further. A month after ordering, still now swimsuits. Trying now to get my money back, but as this is an overseas operation, I may have to take stronger action. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! It's a total scam!
Same complaint as most other folks. Suits were not true to size, and company would not cooperate with a return or an exchange. I filed a dispute with my credit card company, knowing that when they investigated the charge, Modcurvy would not respond since they are obviously a sham company. I was correct and received a full refund from my credit card company. I will donate the suits.
You cannot return or exchange a swimsuit even if the sent the wrong size, and defective loops you insert shoulder straps in. If you post a bad review they delete it.

Answer: Impossible. No phone number on website. No response to multiple emails. Finally received a response on Facebook messenger, but their response was "send us photos of your measurements." Eww.
