Impossible. No phone number on website. No response to multiple emails. Finally received a response on Facebook messenger, but their response was "send us photos of your measurements." Eww.

Very difficult - place an order and it takes weeks before they send a tracking # which was invalid until i mentioned it to them then days later I got a corrected one. They said it was shipped yet it sat for days: " Your shipment was received at 6:59 pm on April 17,2019 in City of Industry, CA 91715. The acceptance of your package is pending." I finally got item at my mailing address Imperial Beach, CA on April 27th! A 2 hour drive.
