Despite not realising that there were two parts to the payment - perhaps that needs to be clearer from the outset - the service was excellent. The phone was not a straightforward unlock so when the network were not responding, they switched to going direct to Apple, and the unlock eventually went through. They kept the page updated so we could see what was happening, and made sure they chased our case when it was taking longer than expected.

Fake and fraud company
I have placed the order 5 months ago, it was the normal basic service but after a week they make me to pay more and charged me premium service fee. I pay them almost more then $350 and now it's been 5 month still they making me fool giving bull$#*! reason and asking me to wait more. Because of this much wait time, i lost my 5 months of warranty of my phone and also the value of the phone got depreciated. Still hoping for refund but this guys are only giving me wait time, got know how many year i have to wait for my refund. Beware of this type of companies guys if anyone need the evidence of this fraud i have all of mails and chat history from them.
