It's been almost 2 months since I paid $55 to unlock my 5G device, and the provided code still doesn't work. The code was sent to me after a 10-day wait, but despite following all the instructions carefully, I kept receiving an error message saying the password was incorrect.
I reached out to customer support and explained the issue multiple times, even sharing screenshots and videos as proof that I followed the correct procedure. However, the responses from support have been frustratingly repetitive—always just asking me to "reply to your support ticket with all the details," which I had already done multiple times.
After contacting them for over two or three weeks without any helpful resolution, I've come to the conclusion that if the code works, you're lucky—otherwise, don't expect to see your money again.
I have all the evidence—emails, messages, and support tickets—and yet, there has been no meaningful response. This has been a complete waste of time and money, and I strongly advise against using this service.

I needed a phone quickly as my daughter who walks home from school alone had broke hers.
My only option was an old phone, not realising it was locked to a different network.
