My phone isn't unlocked. I have a wiko

Please beware and don't use. I read the reviews and most seemed good. I was a little worried about the ones that stated about them wanting an extra payment. So I carefully read their terms and conditions and it states that if they need to do an eligibility check and take more then 1 payment then it will say prior to making payment. I checked the payment page over and over and it didn't say anywhere about an eligibility check and payment. It just showed pay £11.99 for an instant unlock. I went ahead and paid and it started doing an eligibility check and then said I had to pay an extra £26 to have it now unlocked. I clicked on the bit where it said why am paying for this and it shows me a summary page which they are trying to say i was shown, where it says the payment is for an eligibility check and an extra £26 needs to be paid for the unlocking. THIS IS A COMPLETE LIE. THAT SUMMARY WAS NEVER SHOWN TO ME. They have been messaging me and they agreed to give me a refund, as they said its the right thing to do.
Now they are saying no refund and have shown me a screenshot that they have totally made up, trying to say that it was a summary of my payment page. It definitely wasn't the summary I was shown. I will be reporting them to trading standards.
They are going against TrustPilots policy and are just putting good reviews on their site, which I believe to be fake reviews.
Please do your research and check out other review sites. I have come across one where it is full of bad reviews where people have been scammed out of their money.

Hidden additional costs. They should be more up frount with how much it costs to get the phone unlocked in the end it was close to £100.
