Mobile Unlocked

Thanks i have tried to use an other service but it has not worked. I need the frp unlock please, it was not an option as a new customer. Please include that as an option.

I've paid two payments to your company to have my phone unlocked, but it is still locked. I've had no phone service since I requested for it to be unlocked.

It was really good and I got what I needed to get done. It was also super easy to do! I liked that it gave a warning for how long it was going to take!

I'm so glad that I reached out. I thought it was a spam, but I was wrong. You never know those days online.

God awful terrible experience. I tried and tried and tried again, to get away from AT&T, and their terrible customer service. Made it so difficult it was almost impossible.

Easy to navigate and Technically use. This was the first time to use the service and it was self employed therefore making it easy for new users to use.

They say your phone is unlocked in 3 easy steps. See attached image from their website.
What they don't tell you is that it's not 3 easy steps at all and the price of $28 is just the first step. They then hit you for more money claiming that the fee paid is only for site checks.

They then claim your phone is expensive and lie about the reason for the extra unlocking charges. See email attached. This is a $120 phone paid outright and not on a contract. They refuse to acknowledge that they lied about the phone being expensive and on a contract.

When challenged they say that it was detailed in their terms and conditions at check out which I don't remember seeing or agreeing to.

Fact is they claim one price and say it's easy then refuse to unlock your phone unless you pay another fee.

This particular phone is a childs phone that was locked to Telstra. If i had realised I could have phoned Telstra directly and they would have unlocked the phone for $28

This is FALSE MISLEADING ADVERTISING at it's best and it's catching people out.

I reported you to my banker and the BBB; My banker credited the charge; MU asked for MORE money to complete the unlock, they never did or could unlock my or anyone's phone, I'm old so should be learned enough to avoid these cons but yeah you got me, by the way I will still ask for the money back but I know you won't credit it. You go to a lot of trouble with this whole schmear maybe you could find a legitimate ethical way to use your energy to actually help people.

Its all scam, you pay once then they will ask you to apay again additional payment
I payed £19.99 for unlock phone, next day they ask me to pay more £39.99

Excelent they gonna help me with my phone I buy the premium package they say is the barest choice right now only waiting for the unlocked be available in the phone

I paid 26 dollars then 49 dollars. Still shows 95 percent completion. I think I lost my money sadly.

First they advertise that the unlock is "instant". That is FALSE. Then, once you pay the $26, you wait about 24 hours for them to send you an email stating that you need to pay and additional $49. Once you do that they claim it's 24-72 hours to unlock your phone. I've now been waiting TWO WEEKS and it's still at 95%.

I emailed their support. I got a quick response from them when I told them that I was disputing the charges. I received 3 sentences about it would be unlocked quickly, but according to the contract I agreed to wait up to 30 days. But then spend 3 paragraphs telling me that if I disputed the charges they would come after me for LEGAL FEES which would be a minimum of $500. I emailed them back again telling them to pound sand and that I'd love for them to try and get me for their legal fees. And they still went on and on about how I agreed to (30) days and I couldn't dispute the charges blah blah. That was 4 days ago, and of course my phone still is not unlocked.

I owe NOTHING to the original carrier, and the phone is NOT blscklisted. This company is just nothing more than a scam!I

Very easy to find as well as the service just one mistake I made I didn't check to see if phone was paid if first so I had to spend a few more dollars to get it done
